Default from email for Zoom invites
Can someone PLEASE remind me how to change the default email my Zoom invites are sent from? I am using Outlook, if that matters.
Thanks!
Dan

Hello, Do participants neeed to use their unique "join meeting" link via confirmation email to join in on the meeting? For context, we had a scheduled workshop every friday of this month and have already set different meeting invites for their respective dates. Everything was working normally on the first batch but the problem occured during the 3rd batch. Our registered participants we're being prompted register for this meeting when using the link from their confirmation email. Hoping to get your feedback as we have the same workshop scheduled tomorrow.

I have no options to customize my waiting room as specified in this
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4905283822733-Enabling-and-customizing-the-Waiting-Room
I have a basic account.
I had important presentations yesterday. Just after the third one started, Zoom apparently stopped recording because my cloud storage was full. It didn't notify me onscreen that the recording was stopping. If I buy increased cloud storage now (AFTER that meeting was finished), will the full presentation recording be there? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance--Laura

Thanks,

Hi Everyone, I have an Acer Nitro 5 and a Dell Inspiron 16. I have kept my zoom updated on both. I will post a shot of the error I receive if it ever happens again. Thanks in advance.
Is it possible that someone could use the back office of zoom to trigger a crash report prompt to a participant or do something to cause a participants zoom to suddenly stop working for no reason? It's been happening to me frequently in my evening meeting. I have a very high end stable computer. I haven't done anything wrong to aggravate anyone during this time either but it's possible a host could be doing this out of hostility. I usually just hit "Don't send" and it just hiccups and puts me back into the meeting like I rejoined. But sometimes it happens when I am screen-sharing. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent this from happening further? All solution-based tips are welcome.
