Last year I created a pro zoom account under a fictitious name.  That account will expire on May 5.  In anticipation of the expiration of my first account, I set up another zoom account with my real name.  I THINK I set it up with the same meeting number and password.  How can I make sure it will work?

As the title says, the closed caption feature does not work for breakout rooms. It does work for the main Zoom room but when you change to a breakout room, the display disappears. The "CC" icon is still there, but it does not turn on or off the captioning. Seems to be a bug. I've raised this issue before but with no response.

Hello, on my computer every time I am in a zoom meeting I can hardly hear anything from external audio, such as youtube, spotify, etc. But the call is heard well. How can I remove this option, since before there was a way, but in the new update I did not find any option that allows me to recover the audio from the rest of my computer while I am in a meeting.

Una compañera no logra activar la traducción a español y lo extraño es que el audio sale en ingles.

Activa la traducción en español pero no lo admite. 

Alguien podria ayudarnos.

I own the account buy my facilitator will be acting as host during training sessions.  I want my Zoom Video to always be Gallery.  I have searched the community and am unable to find the specific answer to this question. Also, did a google search too.

Yeah so when I speak and I am muted, the zoom would show an annoying notification in the middle of the screen, "Your mic is muted..... unmute or press space bar blablabla". I don't need that because I am not blind. How do I disable it? I don't see an option in Zoom for that.

We save all our Zoom recordings to the cloud. We want to give a vendor access to our files (for transcription), but we don't want to give them access through Zoom.

Would it be possible to create a mirror site (Box, Google Drive, etc.) with all the recordings that we could allow our vendor to access?

Our recordings are all PW protected, in case that matters. And we're on zoomgov.com.
