Even out the sound levels when some participants are very loud and some very low ?

In Zoom sessions some participants are much louder than others and I have to constantly fiddle with the volume level whenever a different person speaks. Is there a  setting that equalizes or smooths out disparate sound levels?

Default from email for Zoom invites

Can someone PLEASE remind me how to change the default email my Zoom invites are sent from? I am using Outlook, if that matters.

Do participants neeed to use their unique "join meeting" link via confirmation email to join in on the meeting?

 

For context, we had a scheduled workshop every friday of this month and have already set different meeting invites for their respective dates.  Everything was working normally on the first batch but the problem occured during the 3rd batch.

Our registered participants we're being prompted register for this meeting when using the link from their confirmation email.

 

Hoping to get your feedback as we have the same workshop scheduled tomorrow.

I had important presentations yesterday. Just after the third one started, Zoom apparently stopped recording because my cloud storage was full. It didn't notify me onscreen that the recording was stopping. If I buy increased cloud storage now (AFTER that meeting was finished), will the full presentation recording be there? Does anyone know? my webcam is not recognized

It doesn't work on web or on download program.

Can I maintain camera on while phone is locked and screen off

Hi I'm using android phone right now

While zoom meeting, I want to off my screen without turn off the camera.

Is there any way to do that?

Colleague Getting Consistently Logged out of Zoom

I have a colleague who uses Zoom on her Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet, Her Phone and Her Work Desktop.   She is consistently receiving the attached error message.  Any ideas on why she is continuing to be logged out?

From Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or meeting link before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.
but when checked with host, 
he joined the meeting.

they were not able to connect on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.
any suggestions?
