Hi,

I asked this question a couple years ago and the solution suggested was to use Zoom's API functionality - which is beyond my capabilities. However, returning to using Zoom again after a year away, I was wondering if things had changed and if a solution had been baked into the standard options.

Is it possible to schedule multiple meetings which each need their own ID, URL and passcode? Because the meeting details are emailed to hundreds of different clients, I don't think the recurring meeting function would work even though the meetings happen regularly, i.e. daily at 11.00, 13.00 and 15.00, are all an hour long and even all have the same name.

At the moment we have a meeting template that we reuse when scheduling, but have to do the date and time selection manually for each meeting and then copy/paste the ID, URL and passcode into a spreadsheet ready for staff to share the meeting details with clients. It feels like there must be some trick I'm not seeing which could cut down on the administrative time taken to do this, as well as the potential human error when copy/pasting.

Hello,

I want to allow participants to join the meeting before the Host but don't want them to chat. I turned the toggles off for that but, as I'm doing tests, I still see the chat option. 

Also, is there are way to disable them from turning on audio and video by default?

Hi, 

I'm screensharing my iphone 11 via cable in a zoom meeting hosted on my macbook pro. 

The problem is, in the phone camera app if I rotate to landscape mode it will switch, but the image wont switch to landscape view when displaying it on zoom, therefore I'm stuck with a sideways image of piano keyboard when teaching. 

No- it's not stuck on portrait mode lock in the control centre. YES, I tried turning on assistive touch and rotating. Nothing made a difference in how zoom displayed the image. Can anyone let me know if there's a fix or a 3rd party app? No doubt a lot of people are confused by this!

from the common area?

2. When participants are not allowed to choose a room can the co-host move freely between all breakout rooms?

Does this apply to Basic and Pro versions

As a trainer, I use the chat box for engagement and questions, etc. Lately, when I use the breakout session function, when the attendees come back to the main room and I ask them to contribute in the main room chat box, I am only able to see some of the comments and not everyone's. What was working fine before the breakout session is now not. The rest of the class can see the entries however, just not me. I have had to have people unmute and read me the chat box so I know what people are asking and saying. This is a new problem I am experiencing in just the last few weeks. Anyone else having this problem?

For work I need to share audio and be able to talk over it while recording the session. 

I use a MacBook Air, have a payed zoom account, latest updated zoom version for Mac, no error code 

when I launch a meeting >  I join with computer audio.

I play music through QuickTime (latest version for Mac) 

when there is no music playing the mic picks up on my voice perfectly

When the music is playing the voice is not picked up of just slight mumbling is heard. 

So this is the problem.

Hi! In the past we were able to share a video with no music, and play music from Spotify. Participants were able to see the video and listen to the music played on Spotify at the same time. Now, for some reason when we do that, participants cannot hear the music.

Any thoughts?
