Need Usage Report for the last 6 months

I need the usage report for the last 6 months. I tried from the reports option, but it is coming blank for me. Need help.

Cloud recording is not finished.

Cloud recording is not finished.

We just finished a 2 hour meeting and at that time Windows rebooted. After that, the cloud recording did not finish. Is there any way to complete the cloud recording?

Is there a way to control file sharing when an internal employee is invited to an external meeting?

I understand that I can prevent file sharing for user accounts in the organization. However, if employees use a free account to join the external meeting, they can still share files.

Make Zoom Screenshare look like loom

Any chance to get a screenshare look like loom with a circle for the presenter?
Any feature or plugin for that?

"Circles for zoom" seems dead allready and didnt look really natively integrated.

I've recorded videos of me sharing a video. On my computer screen, the video is smooth. When I convert it using Zoom and look at it later, the video is laggy and choppy. I used screen castify to record as well. My recording on that is smooth and good... Show more

Translated Captions

I am using translated captions and have them correctly set up in the Account level as Zoom has advised. However, there is no Translated Captions option in my User settings and I cannot figure out why this is taking place. Any ideas would be helpful. ... Show more

I am using translated captions and have them correctly set up in the Account level as Zoom has advised.  However, there is no Translated Captions option in my User settings and I cannot figure out why this is taking place.  Any ideas would be helpful.

Zoom takes me out when my students join the meeting or when I try to share the screen or randomly during the session. I've tried the following:

  • Uninstalling, reboting my system and installing again. 
  • Starting in compatibility mode for windows 8.
  • Starting as an admin. 

None of the above has solved my problem.

 

Operating system: Windows 11 Home Single Language Version: 22H2

Zoom version: 1.14.6

 

I would appreciate your help.

Can I join 2 Zoom meetings at the same time if I have Pro account?

Is it possible to join 2 Zoom meetings simultaneously if I have a Pro account? Either on the same device or different devices?

Resolved! Unable to use computer audio

I upgraded user VB from Basic to Licensed. She tried to host her first meeting as a Licensed user but couldn't use audio. We seem to be forced to call in a phone number, even the Host. We can't use computer audio. A few seconds after VB starts a meet... Show more

I upgraded user VB from Basic to Licensed.  She tried to host her first meeting as a Licensed user but couldn't use audio. We seem to be forced to call in a phone number, even the Host. We can't use computer audio.

 

A few seconds after VB starts a meeting, the Join Audio window pops up. She is not calling in, she is hosting. She closes that window but nobody can join the audio portion. After a participant connects, we see the message saying that they cannot hear us, that they are connecting to audio. But we, the hosts, are not connecting to any audio. 

 

Why can't we use computer audio as default? When I sign in with my user VK, it starts by default with computer audio. 

 

The settings for both users are the same: User Settings -> Schedule a Meeting -> Audio Type -> Telephone and Computer Audio.

 

The audio in the computer works fine, tests and all.

language channel for the zoom pro accounts

Do you offer training on the language channel for the zoom pro accounts that might not know how to utilize the feature?
