Hello, I see in parameter that we can enable / disable the sound notification when someone joins or leaves. I'd like to keep it enabled, but the sound makes me jump everytime I hear it. Can I change it with another sound ? Maybe with the PCM files ? ... Show more

I see in parameter that we can enable / disable the sound notification when someone joins or leaves.

 

I'd like to keep it enabled, but the sound makes me jump everytime I hear it. Can I change it with another sound ? Maybe with the PCM files ? (not sure, because when i read them with audacity, I get a strange sound).

Yesterday at the beginning of my meeting, I realized I had no sound or audio.  Everything was working hours before.

I am told that the Zoom Timer app has been causing some unexpected problems and am considering removing it as this situation has never happened to me in all the years I. have been using Zoom.  Any suggestions or advice would be most appreciated.

Meeting

I am no longer able to start a new Zoom meeting for others to join. It worked perfectly earlier on today but now it only gives me the option to join meeting as opposed to set up a new one for others to join. Any advice please?

apparently my Athlon Gold processor with AMD Radeon graphics does not support the Virtual Background option.  I can't find that I can add a green screen either or if so, how to do it.  Has anybody had this experience?  I bought this computer for this job and it's only 3 months old new from HP.  I previously had a MAC and Amerihealth doesn't support MACS.  Any help would be appreciated.  We are going through a lot of construction at my house and I will have to rotate locations for a few weeks while training.

Do we have an option in Zoom meeting for participants to rank the poll options and the result should show in holistic view of how participants ranked options?

Cairo Daylight not correct

We have an issue that Zoom didn't update Cario Daylight because it appears now that Cairo time is (+2) but now we are (+3) after Cairo apply daylight starting last week in April and it cause all meetings to be wrong one hour

Hello, I'm having an issue where some of our users are getting a black screen when trying to view someone else's screenshare. These users are all using version 5.12.6 (222000) VDI on our VMware clients. It seems to work fine for anyone else who isn't inside of the VMware client and is using the regular windows version of zoom. Is this just a feature that's not currently available/working inside of VMware?

 

Any help in figuring this out would be appreciated. I'm kind of stumped.

I have several Zoom meetings and I use the following syntax to connect to them without having to start Zoom on my PC:

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87639303315

 

When I use MS Edge as my browser it automatically fires up Zoom and connects me to my meeting.  With Opera, it thinks I am looking for the Zoom website and will not automatically process the link.  How can I fix this problem?  I am trying to find an alternate browser to Edge and don't want to have to use Edge for my Zoom meetings.
