Hello! I have windows 10 on Intel(R) Core i5-5300U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.29 GHz and 16 GB. It takes forever for my Zoom windows app to load after clicking an external link to join. Then I'm getting an error message 104103. Antivirus: ESET Internet Security. How can I fix it?

How do I allow a Nother person to start my zoom meeting if I’m not available to start
I have a Poly Savi 8200 headset. When I am using it with Zoom Meetings on a Windows 11 machine, and I mute either from the headset or from the application, the system mutes and then immediately unmutes. This doesn't happen in any other application, using the same headset. It also doesn't happen when I switch the audio on zoom to play through my laptop, instead of the headset. Has anyone else seen this issue?
