zoom screenshare function become unavailable in mobile phone. 

In previous day, when I joined a meeting, I can use the function, however when I join another meeting in second day, I couldn't find this function any more. Meanwhile I tried two other iPhones and two Android phones, screenshare function is not available again in all these devices. Anyone can help solve please?

When I make calls via my Zoom desktop client, I cannot get the microphone or audio to work - this is on calls only, in meetings it works fine. I've been using my same mic, headphones, computer, etc. to make calls for months, but now suddenly they stopped working. My audio and microphone still work fine when doing the Zoom "Test" and they even work in Zoom meetings once I turn on the "Join with computer" button in the meeting (even though I do have it checked and enabled already in my settings to do this automatically, which is strange). My audio/mic devices all work completely normally on non-Zoom sites as well.

 

I've tried many tutorials already, including:

Restarting my device

Reinstalling and re-logging into the Zoom client

Plugging my mic into a different USB port (as well as making sure the USB ports are all functioning properly)

Ensuring the mic and audio is allowed past my Windows privacy/permissions.

Doing the "Test Speaker" and "Test Mic" tests, as well as making sure the appropriate speakers and microphones are selected in the dropdown in Settings -> Audio.

 

For all intents and purposes, my device and mic/audio all work 100% fine throughout Zoom, with the exception of when I make calls, when it's suddenly stopped working for a couple of days now seemingly without explanation.

 

I'm at a loss and not sure how to fix this. Any help is greatly appreciated - thank you!

Mic not picking up outside sounds and chat settings all messed up

I have turned on sound for musicians in two places, but still when I ring a chime on my phone, people in my Zoom meeting can't hear it. Furthermore I'm finding that when a timer someone in the group has set goes off, that sound is not as clear as before. Lastly, someone messed with the chat feature. It used to be that you would select who to send a message to and it would go direct. Now there are a bunch of tiles and everyone's confused about how to send direct messages. PLEASE HELP!

Upcoming date range not allowing to see all meetings schedule and will not allow to adjust dates.  This allows for double booking.  Also will not allow me to view date that I am trying to schedule for to see if there is already a meeting scheduled.  i.e, I know there is a meeting scheduled but when I schedule a test meeting at the same time it allows me to schedule on top of the meeting already scheduled.  Previously i could see all meetings scheduled, now i can only view the next 2 months.  We schedule our board and board committee meetings a year out.  Something changed about a month ago and now cannot see ALL upcoming meetings.

I host a meeting that has been successful in dual monitor mode twice a day for 4 years.

 

Recently, due to a suggestion, I turned off "screen sharing" in the Zoom online controls both for my Meeting Account and also my Admin Account - to stop members from sharing their screens during a meetings.  

 

This somehow turned off my dual monitor mode.  It grayed out the option for Dual Screen mode. 

 

So now I've turn on Screen Sharing on both he Admin account and the meeting account, and this enabled dual screen mode so I can now select it in the Windows 11 Zoom client.

 

Now - I can go on the Zoom Client, then Settings, then General, I select Dual Monitor Mode and it checks.  I can move to Audio Settings and back - and it stays checked.  If I close Settings, and reopen settings, it is not checked.  And, of course, my friendly head mode does not appear on the 2nd monitor as it had done for so many years.

 

My PC is an i5 and fast and 16gb ram.  Windows 11 shows two monitors side-by-side, and I can even move the (one) zoom window from one screen to the other screen.  I have rebooted the PC. 

 

So my problem is trying to make the checkbox stay checked.  Does anyone have ideas?

Chat History does not include all meetings

Our company runs virtual trainings. All of our trainers are users in our Zoom account. When a training is scheduled, we add the Zoom meeting to their user account and they use it to run the training. They are setup as meetings, not webinars. However,... Show more

Our company runs virtual trainings. All of our trainers are users in our Zoom account. When a training is scheduled, we add the Zoom meeting to their user account and they use it to run the training. They are setup as meetings, not webinars. However, none of these trainings show up in the Chat History report.

 

Additionally, no chat history from when any of us use our personal rooms show up on this report either.

 

There are some meetings that show up, but I can't pinpoint what makes them unique. Maybe it's ones that are scheduled through our calendar? All I know for sure is that NONE of the trainings and NONE of our personal room uses show up.

 

We have the auto-save chat setting enabled globally and SOME meetings do show up, even when there was no chat usage on that particular meeting. Any idea why our trainings and personal room chat logs are not?

 

I care a lot less about personal room chat logs, I just noticed they are also missing. Every once in a while, it would be really nice to have record of the chat conversations from our trainings because a participant has a question, etc. and right now we have no way to do that without bothering the trainer to send the chat log stored locally on their computer. Is there any way to make sure ALL meetings show up under chat history? Is there something we're missing here? Thanks!

I have tried all ZOOM troubleshooting and I have called Apple, however, my AirPods won't connect to ZOOM meetings.  They connect on EVERYTHING else on my MAC and work great, but I need them in use for my ZOOM meetings and they WILL NOT CONNECT even though it shows chosen microphone AirPods, etc.  Any ideas?

I am trying to upload a virtual background, but when on Settings/Background & Effects/Virtual Backgrounds, I click the + sign to the upper right of the virtual background thumbnails and get the following message: "You cannot upload images or videos due to restrictions placed by your admin." I am the admin.

 

So, I went onto the settings for my account in my browser, and went through every setting, but could not find any place to toggle that feature on of off... what am I missing?

 

Thank you for any assistance you may be able to give on this matter. I have an important biz meeting upcoming and need to upload a particular virtual background for my presentation. Thank you!

 

UPDATE: I went to Zoom Management/Zoom Rooms/Account Settings/Account Profile and under Setup, I clicked the Virtual Background with Greenscreen toggle to on/enable, but it still will not allow me to upload any background images.
