Participants can't join breakout rooms
Hello! My participants are joining Zoom using Chromebooks (Chrome OS) and are unable to find the breakout room icon. What can I do to solve this issue?

Hello! My participants are joining Zoom using Chromebooks (Chrome OS) and are unable to find the breakout room icon. What can I do to solve this issue?
I've configured to allow ScreenShare- when I held the meeting no share button was there but I could get video and Audio
I trashed the audio recording of a meeting from two days ago. I went to retrieve it and the trash bin shows 9 recordings are available. but when I open the trash, only two recordings show neither one is the most recent. How do I find the missing seven recordings, one of which is the audio recording of my meeting?

zoomの解約方法についてです。 今までプロプランを使用ていていましたが、不要となったためサブスクリプションの自動更新を停止し、アカウントを削除しようと思います。 プロプランのラサブスクリプションは停止し、現在支払いのステータス欄を見ると「自動更新は停止しました」と表示されています。 次にアカウントプロフィールから「アカウントを終了します」を押したのですが、 「アカウントを削除できません このアカウントは有料アカウントです。アカウントを削除したい場合は、「請求」または「営業担当に連絡」に移動し、サブスクリプションをキャンセルしてください。」と表示されます。 再度「請求」に移動し確認しましたが、やはりサブスクリプションは自動更新は停止になっています。 どのようにすればアカウントを削除できますか。 プロプランを使用できる日数が残っているのですが、その日数を過ぎてからでないと削除できないのでしょうか。

I am having issues with participants being able to hear the music and voice of the host? We have never had this problem until 3 weeks ago. I have deleted the zoom app, reinstalled it, powered off the iphone and have looked through all of the settings to figure out what is wrong. We purchased 2 brand new iphones to not have any more zoom issues to keep our members happy. This is a major issue and needs to be resolved. How can you help?

I use Apple MacBook Air computer and I do Zoom meetings. But I could not share a full screen with others and could not share a document on the screen with other people.
Can you advice what I could do to solve the problem?

Hi All, We have a few windows zoom users who have an issue with a constant static sound when sharing their screen during a meeting (remote users can even hear it). After much troubleshooting we found the users have to toggle off the "share computer sounds" option after clicking the middle sharing screen down arrow (attached picture). Is there a way to turn this off by default in the zoom admin portal for all users now? Thanks!

During ALL my Zoom Meetings my video turns green and begins to shake. I have to turn my video off. Trying to get a hold of a HUMAN BEING to respond at the toll-free number is impossible. If I don't resolve this situation I will SUSPEND MY ZOOM ACCOUNT and move to GOOGLE MEETS. I think I won't have this problem, which makes our business look very unprofessional. If Zoom is interested in helping with my account please contact me. I will be happy to get this resolved and continue with my account if it is working. This has been going on for well into 2 months! On Friday I had a Zoom FB LIVE with someone in the UK. We had our times correct. She got on from the invite I sent her and was waiting. I got on with the scheduled meeting, but we were not connected. I do pay for the Zoom service that allows this! Help! Carol

I am new to zoom and set up an account just for family video calls a couple of weeks ago. Since then, my contacts have received unexpected messages. After initial set up, one contact received an email asking them to join a meeting with me - I did not send the email. Today, I texted a contact and within a couple of minutes they got a message asking them to join a meeting. I did not send the message and when they tried to send it to me so that I could see what they received, the original text disappeared. None of my contacts phone numbers are in my zoom contacts and my account is not set to sync with my phone book, but I do have zoom installed on my phone but am not actually logged in. Is this due to a zoom setting or has my account somehow been hacked? Concerned these may be phishing messages as I am not actively sending them.
