Some of the meetings I scheduled for another full license user in Calender with add-on will require the host to start ( then stay in there for the whole meeting). In the setting, I have that the Paticpaints can join before the host, and the waiting room disable in both accounts and The meetings are not personal rooms (mine or the person I scheduled for).

It doesn't always happen

What can I do or check to ensure the host is not required to start the meeting?

Hi, I've scheduled a zoom meeting for an organization's information meeting; however, it seems like I've overlooked the Meeting Passcode as it is currently set, but seems to be unremovable.

There's a note under the area for the passcode area that says that

"Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact your account admin for more information."

I can't remove the passcode, nor am I even sure of who is the account admin as this is a personal account...

Is there any way to directly remove the passcode setting?

Thanks

I'm having an echo issue with 2 way communication for zoom webinars. I have live participants in a building atrium and people dialing in. When someone in the atrium talks on a microphone, the people dialed in hear the person echo. But if a remote person talks, their voice sounds fine coming through the speakers in the atrium.

Here is my setup. I've also attached a layout of the setup

1. Allen & Heath QU-16 sound board

          a. Handheld microphones are connected (XLR)

          b. MacMini is connected (XLR to 3.5mm)

2. Roland VR50HD AV Mixer

          a. XLR connected from QU-16 sound board to Audio In

          b. MacBook Pro running Webinar Live stream USB to USB Streaming USB3.0/2.0 to USB

                     I. Microphone is unmuted (so remote people can hear presenter in atrium)

II. VR50HD is selected for the camera
