I'm interested in learning more about Zoom's captioning services. I'm wondering if I'm able to input an audio file into the service at all. I'm also wondering about Zoom's automatic speech recognition (ASR) function. Does Zoom use a specific type of ASR? Or is there a company that Zoom contracts for their ASRs? Any information helps! Thanks!

I am teaching a class and I am using PowerPoint 2021 in presentation mode for my class in Zoom 5.13.11. The students download the video and play them back to better take notes. The issue: The video partially obscures the presentation when played back. I am using a Microsoft Surface Pro 6. My Zoom settings are: I share screen. I select advance settings. I select a “portion of screen”, click on share sound, and optimize for video clip. My Surface Pro 6 is connected to the classroom’s large monitor/tv. Since my Surface Pro has only a 13-inch screen and the video panel will block my viewing of my screen and notes, my portion screen is transferred to the larger monitor. Outside the border of the Zoom recording area, I place my video panel. I record in the cloud for the students. I expect the recording to come back with the PowerPoint presentation in full view with the video panel outside the presentation slides located to the right. Instead, I see the video panel on top of the slides in the right-hand corner. I would appreciate if anyone can tell me how to place the video panel outside the presentation area of my slides whenever I play back the Zoom recording. Thanks in advance,

NO AUDIO-->Please help me figure out how to "update" my Zoom Account, audio is not working on both my iPhone, and my ancient MacBookAir.... Already changed passwords, logged- out, shut down, re-started. I tried calling their 888 number (to no avail) & I put in my ten-digit personal meeting id # plus my 6 digit key number & zoom bot on phone said "account not found" ...I've used zoom, like everyone, on both my cellphone & laptop for the last 3+ years. Any answers? Thanks

I recorded a Baby Shower last Saturday and now when I click on Export, it downloads the file as Excel. There's not a dropdown menu to change the selection. Any help appreciated for the new mama.
I see that we can do a local recording of separate audio feeds for the first 80 participants that speak during a meeting. I tested this advanced recording settings with the interpretion option (available with webinar, but the interpretation option can also be used in zoom meeting). Unfortunately, as soon a translator is assigned to an interpretation audio channel, his separate audio recording remains silent, unless the computer doing the local recording selects the appropriate interpretation language for this translator. But then, this is the only translation we can record on a computer, even though we may have other languages available with interpretation service. The only way we can record each simultaneous interpretation is by using many device as participants in a zoom meeting, selecting a different language to record. So for us, recording multiple translation during a zoom meeting with only one computer would be a great feature to have. Is it something developpers team at zoom can implement with the zoom client soon? Or if there is a way to do it with the actual version of zoom. I would appreciate if you can show me where to find some documentation in zoom support. Many thanks for any information that you can give us on this topic.
