I inadvertently added a colleague as a user (basic) to my Zoom account. I was trying to add him as an invitee.

He has his own business zoom account and got an email indicating he was leaving Zoom.

In the user tab, should I hit delete?   I don't want to delete his current Zoom account.

Thanks!

Hey Everyone!
I've tested the notebook's camera, the Logitech C922 and the Canon Rebel SL3 and nothing. Zoom recognizes the cameras, but the screen is black. If I move a window, the image appears, but as soon as I let go of the window, it turns black again. What to do to resolve? Also, when I start the meeting on Zoom the CPU goes to 100%.

I tried uploading the zoom recording to Google drive but it is showing that the video is still processing. Its been multiple days now and the video is still in processing mode. It is because of the zoom video recording or is it something else? I also tried reuploading the video as mentioned in this post. Can anyone help me to understand why is it happening.
