Hi, Is it possible to have different waiting room settings for different meetings? I have a regular meeting that I host twice a week, and I want Picture A for that waiting room. Then I have various scheduled meetings that I host and I want those to have a different picture in the waiting room. Is this possible? Thanks, L

Running OS Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacBook Pro. Ran Zoom for the first time in a while and it required that I update the version. Updated to 5.14.7 and I cannot start Zoom. As soon as it loads, it crashes. I also tried downloading the installer again and reinstalling. The frustrating thing is that I cannot uninstall it because I can't get to the uninstall menu option before it crashes. Can someone help me to uninstall this successfully? Thanks-

Hello Everyone
I recently have the issue, that when I set up a meeting and click reccuring, the meeting is not added in my calendar at the correct time and date as set.
For example: I created a meeting today at 11.00am for tomorrow at 10.00am for 30 minutes. But in the calendar (apple) it shows up today at 12pm (midday).
I have tried many times over and over again and it doesn't work. I'm on basic plan and using a MacBook Air. Also Zoom is updated on the newest version.
Thanks for your help and suggestions

Is there any way to change or edit someone's meeting registration info 'inside Zoom'? In other words, I may have a meeting set up and well over 100 people have already registered for that meeting. I would like to add a Breakout Room selection to each person's name [e.g. David Nelson would become 12 David Nelson], indicating that David has chosen Breakout Room 12 ahead of time, but that question wasn't included in the original registration form. Is there any way to go into Meeting / Registrations and change Participant Name David Nelson to 12 David Nelson? If there is, it would be a snap to manually assign 12 David Nelson to Breakout Room 12. If there's not, we're left with trying to Rename 100+ participants once the meeting starts and before the Breakout Room has to open. Any possible help or alternative work-around ideas will be greatly appreciated. As my grandma used to say, "There will be jewels in your crown when you get into Heaven". P.S. Soon would be best ... we have less than 2 weeks to get this sorted.

Hello - I am a teacher using Windows 10 for Education on a Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop with a built-in webcam. I have also connected a IPEVO V4K document camera. Zoom recognizes both cameras - I can use either one as my primary video feed and both work properly. However, I cannot get the "Share content from second camera" screensharing feature to work correctly. If I am using the built-in webcam and select "Share content from second camera", the second feed (document cam) is black. If I *turn off* my main video, then select "Share content from second camera", it shares fine. But as long as the screen sharing is active, I am unable to turn my main video back on (so my students can't also see my face and gestures). The same problem happens if I reverse the sources -- that is, if I make the document camera my primary video, then I cannot screen share from the webcam. But if I turn off the primary feed, I can screenshare from the webcam -- but my main video remains disabled until I end the screenshare. To be more precise, while screensharing from one camera, I cannot turn *the other camera* back on. If I switch the feeds so that both the primary video and the "second camera" are actually the same source, it is able to show that feed both in the screenshare and in the main video box. Has anybody encountered this or do you have any suggestions?

I can't figure out how to have a virtual background. I meet all the system requirements, but my virtual background options are always grayed out. Yes, I have virtual background turned on in my settings. If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated!

Good day. Please help, I can't figure out how to include two or more conferences from one account at the same time? I have a Zoom One Pro tariff, if it is possible on another tariff it is good, just tell me how. Thank you.
Hi,
In my company, we need to do sometime 3 meetings at the same time. Is there a way to have 3 different meetings at the same time with 3 different links, but only from one account ?
So like the title states, I've got Zoom installed on my work laptop, but I keep my desktop as icon-free as possible. Every time I delete the Zoom icon however, it's inevitably back on my desktop within a day or two.
I've tried everything I can think of. There's no setting within Zoom I can find to stop auto updates, Zoom isn't a startup app, it's not an icon on the Public or Default desktops, and my laptop isn't being affected by any GPO that would cause icons to reappear.
It's not the most critical issue because I can just delete the icon again, but it is incredibly frustrating seeing it again when I login the day after deleting it..
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
