Hello,

There is a page on our website where the participants of our meetings find all the different links. When they click the link they are never asked to enter the passcode. This is how we want it as many of our meetings are more open than others.

However, there are some meeting that are more restricted and my question is if it's possible to make those specific meeting require anyone who click the link to enter a passcode?

Hi, when I click my picture in the top right hand corner, all it gives me is my email address and an option to sign out. There is no drop-down menu allowing me to check for updates. I am a paid subscriber. I cannot find any other way of updating zoom. In settings, I have switched on automatic updates, even so zoom starts misbehaving and needs a manual update. Please advise. Thank you!

So after the recent update, when another person in the meeting is sharing their screen and audio, Zoom is muting/muffling the shared audio whenever my microphone is picking up some sound or i am talking.
I am using the desktop version of Zoom and didn't have that issue before and i can't find any options to reverse that or any answers online.

HELP! Since updating to the newest version of Zoom yesterday, my recurring meetings are no longer integrating properly between Zoom and my Google Calendar. 

I have tried to get this to work two ways: 

1.) Scheduling the recurring meeting through Zoom (I tried both the app and web-based portal). 

2.) Scheduled through Google Calendar using the Zoom for G Suite Add-On through the Google Marketplace.

It works to add the meetings on my Google Calendar, but does not put them on my Zoom schedule. 

Can someone please advise what to do to correct this or confirm if this is perhaps a "bug" with the new update. 

Interestingly enough, it works just fine on my husband's free Zoom account, but not on my Zoom Pro account. 🤷🏻‍♀️
