I have a meeting this weekend where breakout room participants need to have the option to ask the host for help. How do I enable the ask for help option for breakout room participants?
Whenever I host a meeting it starts recording it automatically. My cousin turned auto recording on, but I do not know how to off that option. Please anyone tell how to.
Use Case: I have a requirement to add a SAML Response Mapping to Employee Unique ID to avoid duplicate account creations when end users names change, specifically their email address. This causes duplicate account creation and consumes a Zoom pro license. Question: If I enter <NameID> into the SAML Response Mapping for Employee Unique ID, what is the net effect to the end users when signing into their Zoom account using SSO? Does <NameID> impact how end users authenticate using SSO or if they attempt to sign in with their email address and password at sign-on? Thank you Doug

Hi there.. My zoom meetings initiated on slack are not ending for some unknown reason.. They stay active for the entire day and then end themselves.. Previously they used to end as soon as I used to click the "end meeting for all" button in zoom. Is anyone else facing this?

Hello all, As stated in the subject, when an event is created through the Outlook plugin and then the event is deleted, it doesn't get deleted through the plugin so it's still scheduled in Zoom. You CAN do this but going to the settings button and then clicking remove, but those extra small steps aren't what users are used to. They are used to just right-clicking an event in the calendar and deleting or just pressing the delete key. Is there any way to make this happen automatically? Notifications for canceled meetings keep popping up for users.
