Error codes: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account.

We can't assign existed licenses, we have two, but can't assign any one of it for the moment.

Anyone has the same issue?

Upgrades

I set up a meeting on my pro account but I'm now expecting more people than the 100 it accommodates. I need to upgrade to enterprise. I already have 100 people registered for a scheduled meeting. Will i lose them if i upgrade?

Zoom app.

Trying to add contacts on zoom app. keep getting denied because no network. How do I fix that. y phone is working as far as i can tell on a network....

Hi, I’ve read about Spotlighting and I’ve been spotlighted in other meetings but now I’m host and I don’t see anywhere to turn spotlight on so my students can see me doing a painting demonstration. I’m on an Apple iPad Pro, I’ve tried choosing my name and clicking for the option to come up built nothing does.  Please help, I’m sure this should be simple but it’s not.

I did practice before my session with a friend and at that time I was able to click on my name in my photo square and then I became spotlighted. But when I tried it with 4 others on it didn’t work.

I got through it by having them mute so when I was talking it would go to me but there should be a way for me to do that with out muting them.

Unable to paste invite in Chrome

Using updated Zoom (64bit Windows 11), I am unable to copy & paste invitations in Chrome.  I can do this using a different browser, e.g. Bing. How do I rectify this?

What are the file requirements for a zoom virtual VIDEO background. I found lots of cool background videos on iStock but the files seem to be too large. Is there a way to change the format of a video to work as a zoom background?

Resolved! Length of meeting

If I have zoom basic, 40 min. meeting. and I join a meeting scheduled by someone who has full zoom, am I still restricted to the 40 min.?  I need to know for a job interview on 5/30.

Meeting attendee list cannot be downloaded in "Report"

Am licensed user and trying to download the meeting participant report after the meeting, but it only shows the title without any details below for the 47 participants.  Could anyone help?  Did not have the issue last Sunday.
