Is it possible to subscribe and activate Large Meeting Add-on in the midst of a meeting that is already in progress?
We are running into an issue where users are getting signed out of their Zoom account, then when they try to join a company meeting that requires authentication, they are either blocked or landed in a waiting room. When our SSO account is logged out, the Zoom app will automatically log into a personal account when a Zoom link is clicked, with no notice given to the user that they are in the wrong profile. Is there a way to force the app to require a login?

I edited the user and added permissions for a large meeting. Then, the message "0 license available. Buy More Licenses" was displayed. Can large meetings be used without purchasing a paid account? Or is it possible to use a large-scale meeting as it is?

Hello, I purchased the monthly large meeting ad on and I currently have the zoom pro plan. I scheduled an event that I wish to have many people join . How do I know that large meeting option is applied in that meeting? Another question could be: How can I activate the large meeting option ?

I have received a message that my cloud recording storage is getting very full. That being said if I download them to my phone, can I safely delete them on Zoom? I just want to save some of them.

Hello, Please can someone advise me. Is it possible to record direct to my You Tube channel or do I have to record and then upload to the channel. It would simplify things no end if I could record to my YOU Tube channel at the same time as my church service happens. I do need answers in simple terms as I am not great with tech!

Hello, I am hosting a large meeting with 300+ attendees (2 day virtual conference), and there will be breakout room sessions (4-5 breakouts per session). I would like to have the breakout rooms recorded, so I have some volunteers joining to record each session locally. Do I have to make them a co-host to record the session, and do additional co-hosts require additional licenses? Also, can I setup the zoom link before I purchase the large meeting add-on? Thanks for you help in advance.
