I am logging on to Zoom to setup another Zoom meeting and now I am being directed to Microsoft. When asked my email address I am being told that my email is a personal email and that I must use either a company or school email. I have had Zoom, with a paid account, for two years. What is happing?

How do I access the account that I'm paying for?

Hi everyone, Last year we've set up a one-day conference with several Zoom meetings that we shared with our members via the public event list page. The issue was that people could not see or access it while they were logged in with their Zoom account, (see screenshot below, saying: "You need to sign in to view this page (404)). They were only able to see the public event list after they logged out. This caused a lot of confusion and we would like to avoid this situation with this year's conference. Do you have any ideas if this is a bug or if we did something wrong in the settings? Thanks a lot for your support! Best regards, Paul

Today the microphone on my Powerbeats bluetooth headset stopped working on Zoom. It works on my iPhone, on Teams and on Google Meet. Any one have any ideas to get it working?
I had several zoom meetings these last two months with a specific individual and I'm unable to find a way to identify those dates and times. Can you please help me. Thank you, Jess
Hi, if I choose to share a specific window with a remote tech and they ask to control my computer - What information do they have access to? Just the one shared screen (Window)?
Anyone want to take mercy on me and explain how the mass deployment MSI is configured/edited? Yes, I've seen the article "Mass deployment with preconfigured settings for Windows" I don't understand how to open/edit the MSI so switches can be edited? Maybe I'm missing it. It's very frustrating in a way because a lot of this seems needlessly cryptic and poorly explained. Can someone point me to a step-by-step resource on configuring the MSI so it can be thrown into MS Software Center? It seems like this should be very simple and straightforward -like a GUI with a left and right window. Left window is clean MSI, edits show up in right window...click to finish/commit edits, done -here's your customized MSI.

Hello, I have opened a ticket regarding an issue I had with Zoom crashing on Nvidia when using Wayland session (and also at the same time filing a bug to Nvidia https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-wayland/issues/63 in which I discovered it is an issue on Zoom's end). The reason I am trying to use on Wayland is because Xwayland is showing a blank window when opened (which turns out is an issue on Zoom's end as well). The support representative I talked to in the ticket was helpful and tried to get a response from the engineering team (which never came) regarding the response I received from Nvidia in the github issue I linked here. Direct link to the response I received from Nvidia: https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-wayland/issues/63#issuecomment-1204312146 So I am raising it here as well just in case it can lead to a more helpful response. I am not expecting an ETA of course but just acknowledgement that it is being worked on.
