I recently upgraded my Mac desktop to Ventura 13.4 Zoom works fine, on my laptop but I cannot grant permission to Zoom to use my camera and microphone on the MAC. Zoom tells me to go to my computer's settings, then privacy, and check the box for Zoom indicating it can use my camera, same for microphone. But when i go to settings and privacy, no program is listed there as needing permission. ( I tried with Google meet as well with the same result so the problem isn't only with Zoom. The camera itself works ( with Facetime). I have reinstalled Zoom and rebooted . Any solution much appreciated . Thanks

Recently, when I'm hosting a meeting I get a message that I'm restricted from sharing my screen. I've reviewed Zoom permissions and my Mac settings and I can't figure out why this is happening suddenly. Any suggestions?
Hi all, sorry if this isn't he correct board.... I have a Lenovo laptop where my camera used to work on Zoom meetings and now it does not. The light shows up, telling me that the camera is on, but only a black screen. I have done trouble shooting on the laptop, updated drivers, disabled and enabled and still black screen. The camera is the integrated camera that came with the laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I can see the recordings listed, which appear to be empty, and I cannot download them. When I share them, they arrive empty and therefore there is nothing to download. It states that I haven't used any of my 5GB storage. I have a paid pro account and an iMac desktop. Can anyone help please?

I have been doing several zoom recordings to the cloud recently, and only some of the recordings give me both 1280x720 mp4 and 640x360 mp4, while some of the recordings only upload 64x360. Anyone know why this might be? I haven't changed any of the recording settings at all between the recordings, it seems to happen very randomly.

Okay. So, recently I posted to find out how to record both separate audio tracks and video tracks. (See that here: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Individual-audio-and-video-tracks-for-editing/m-p/120084#M68743) I'm so frustrated. Any thoughts?
I thought all was fixed except now, even though I have figured out where to find my audio tracks, when I download them, they are out of sync! I can put the Gallery view along with the main view and it all syncs up perfectly, but when I place the audio tracks in the timeline, they are shorter and out of sync. Even if I sync up one area, the rest is still out of sync.
