Dear all

I am using Zoom for my music group. Until October 2021 I was able to stream Cubase - this is my DAW - as well as having my computer be remote controlled by. Unfortunately there's a problem with "lagging" that I can not solve.

As soon as I hit "play" on my music software the screen laggs extremely. As soon as I stop the DAW all is good again.

It is necessary for me to visually show the movement of some stuff like loudness meeters, playhead, automation etc. while the software plays the music.... meaning there is movement on the screen that is important. Currently I have to use other software such as Team Viewer or Anydesk in 1-on-one training sessions.

Has somebody an idea how to solve this issue?

Please note that
it is not an internet connection issue.
it is not software specific. All music software (DAWs) have this issue.
it is not related to my sytem only.... my students can not stream the DAW as well (without lagging)
I am working on a PC (Windows 10, i9 10 cores 5GHz, 32GB Ram) that has endless power

Why is a deleted Zoom Phone extension accepting calls?

A colleague has departed, and I've deleted her Zoom account and phone extension. When I call her extension through the IVR, it's still accepting voicemail recordings. The greeting says, "We are sorry there is no one available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone..." How can a caller leave voicemail at a deleted extension? If they did leave voicemail, where would I find it?

Can I retrieve a lost registration list?

I changed a meeting (which had 25 registrants) to a re-occurring meeting and lost this said registrant list. I did not download the list nor enabled an email to be sent when participants registered. Is there any way to retrieve this "lost" registrant... Show more

Hi,

I've been reading through the other posts but unfortunately nothing has worked so far. Whenever I have a zoom meeting and I try to turn on closed captioning and live transcription, it's not working. It's a paid account, and in the account I have enabled the options that allow for closed captioning and live transcription. When I am in the meeting I can click both CC and live transcription, and they are both turned on in the sense that I get a notification that 'closed captioning is turned on' and the live transcript window opens, but after that nothing happens.
How can I change this?

Automatic Recording - is random, how do I make sure it works every time?

Hi All,I have ticked all the boxes for automatic recording of meetings, but it's very random if it starts or not. I can't make it work at all on my personal meeting room. (I can always select record manually, this works.) And it seems to work randoml... Show more

Hi All,

I have ticked all the boxes for automatic recording of meetings, but it's very random if it starts or not. I can't make it work at all on my personal meeting room. (I can always select record manually, this works.) And it seems to work randomly on meetings set in outlook via my zoom plugin that autofills my diary invites.

 

Is there a magic button I'm missing?

 

I am a paid subscriber - single person business and have no groups or similar.

I have a BLACK Video screen!!  None of the suggested solutions are working.  My camera is built-in and is on while in zoom but NOTHING!  My background filters show but no viewing of me.  I'm on windows 11, desktop.

I am beyond frustrated!!  I see that several others are experiencing the same issue.  I have also submitted a ticket!!  What is happening????

Lost my Video during a meeting

during a meeting - training session  I lost my video with the reset of the class.  Any thoughts on what happened?

Resolved! Invalid Meeting ID

When I attempted to log into a meeting, the format of the meeting ID was not correct. Instead of displaying as "879 xxxx xxx", it displayed as "879 xxx xxxx" and gave me an "Invalid meeting ID" error. Is there something about that number series which... Show more

When I attempted to log into a meeting, the format of the meeting ID was not correct. Instead of displaying as 

"879 xxxx xxx", it displayed as "879 xxx xxxx" and gave me an "Invalid meeting ID" error.  Is there something about that number series which reverts to an older display format?
