My camera will not work with my Zoom anymore any ideas on how to get Zoom to recognize my camera?
Hi. I feel like I pretty much know the answer to this and my recording is gone but would like some confirmation. I started recording a meeting, on a work zoom account (I think it is a pro account) and as it was ending I hit pause and then accidentally hit record and then end. When the meeting converted, I assumed there would be two recordings, one of the majority of the meeting and one of the last two minutes when I had hit record and end. However once converted, I only have one recording and it is unfortunately only the last two minutes of this meeting. Just wondering if the recording was overwritten or if there is anything I can do to get the previous recording. I tried doing what I did on my regular account (redid my mistake) and when I went to convert I had two recordings.

Did not have this issue previously but one day, whenever I schedule a meeting, it only has options for computer audio and 3rd party so those who are using phones couldn't join audio or hear anything. I tried everything like exploring settings - turns out my settings only have 2 audio options which are computer audio and 3rd party audio. I also tried reinstalling but still doesnt work. Really need help for this!

I'm having feedback echo on my laptop ( using windows ) Dell laptop , while in zoom meeting. I have turned off other devices' sound and don't have them joining in the meeting. wondering if there is a setting I have missed? I have updated my windows. logged back in and out. Is it better to have an external microphone? or is my speaker settings? is there an anti - echo feature . please help.

After integrating Zoom with salesforce i am able to view External zoom meetings but not able to view all meetings details n reports. I want to view the details reports of the meetings which gives info about attendances.How can this be achieved? I have done integration using the app"Zoom for Salesforce"

I recently bought some Galaxy Buds2 Pro. They worked fine with my ThinkPad T480. I just upgraded to a ThinkPad X1. If I join Zoom on computer speakers/mic, everything works fine. If I join using my old Bose over ear headphones, everything works fine. If I use the Galaxy Buds2, Zoom immediately freezes and stops working. Please help!

I need help finding the documentation for the event we receive for the webhook revalidation. Is it the same that we have for the validation? Is the event name the same?

I am requesting more font size options. Size jumps from 24 to 36. There could be 28 and 32 in between. Thanks.
Since changing laptops I have recorded 2 interviews and neither one of them shows me, only the speaker on the other side. I tried changing the settings in the backend but unfortunately it's only the speaker's image showing and not me at any time. How can this be fixed?
