The link takes you to a site that is also branded with Zoom logo and colours, with an EXE download (ZoomInstaller.exe or something like that)

 

Almost had me fooled so I'm assuming anyone else who may not know how to check the "from email" (*********** disguised as Zoom Technical Support), or "reply-to email" (*********** again disguised as Zoom Technical Support), or be looking very closely may accidentally download and run this!

My PC speakers & microphone are working, however, zoom audio is not working

Have been using zoom for years, with no issues. Suddenly ( for approx 1 week), I have no speakers or microphone on zoom. Both are working well on my PC.

How can i fix this, please?

I am receiving this pop up box when using Zoom for events.  "Unable to establish secure connection to Zoom"  Any idea why.  It is annoying and will not go away.  It interferes with my sharing of screens.

Can I get rid of the window in my virtual background?

Instead of my virtual background being solid, it has a "window" (round, rectangular or heart shaped are the choices). I only want my background to not have a window, because I don't want others to see what is going on behind me in my physical space. ... Show more

Recurring meeting

I have a recurring meet set up to run indefinitely Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, but the meeting does not shut down at 5pm. How can I get the meeting to stop letting people into my waiting room at 5pm? Is end meeting for all my only option?

I cant finde the info on how many Licensed user i can have in diferent palns types, how many users that can start a meeting per plan type?
