I am a Pro user which means that I should have 5GB of cloud storage as per current plans and pricing.

However in my profile one error is constantly showing that "Cloud Recording has been disabled. Delete existing recordings or purchase additional storage to continue to record, starting at $10/month. Buy Now".

Before few days we were able to record only upto 1 GB or less size meeting. 

Can anybody tell why this is happening?

Greetings.  I have a bi monthly recurring meeting setup, one of which we held last night.  We require participants to register for the meeting so that we can get their contact details.  However, I cannot find the report from last nights meeting.  Searching for registration reports shows no data to display (correct date range in place).  Previous meetings does not show this one (but it does show my other ones).

This is something I do on a regular basis so am very familiar with the process but I don't think I have done it for the recurring meeting previously though.

Some additional information:  Before I went to (attempt) to generate the report I noticed that the recurring sequence was wrong (set to a Tues instead of Thurs) so I corrected that.  There was a message asking about whether people who might have registered for upcoming meetings need to reregister so I said yes to that because it is highly unlikely anyone would have registered for an upcoming meeting.  Could this have deleted last night's registration report?

My computer loses sound when I'm in the middle of a zoom call, it won't let me switch to another sound source and the only thing that works is restarting the computer. I have contacted asus and Microsoft, who have done everything but the problem still persists.
The last solution was to install a previous version of zoom but yesterday unfortunately it happened again. This is sporadic, I don't know when it will happen, but I can conclude that it is once a week. What else can I do? It is uncomfortable in the middle of a conversation to lose the sound and ask to wait to restart it.

I was recording a speech on my MacBook Air and showing a PPT. When the speech ended, I could not "stop share." I couldn't get control of my mouse to stop the recording either. Somehow it started a whiteboard and was just drawing little squiggles. Someone with IT exp offered to take remote control but I couldn't control my mouse to accept her offer. After 9 minutes of trying everything I could think of, I finally shut off my computer to stop the Zoom recording and escape--obviously destroying the recording of the speech in the process. Any idea what went wrong here? 

Is there a way to manage my meeting's waiting room via API?

Here's an example of what I'd like the API to do:

participant1 = admit

participant2 = deny

participant3 = admit

I saw previous posts on various forums asking about a feature like this, but they were from 2020 and the response was there is no feature like this yet. Does anyone know if this is possible now?
