Resolved! Broken settings screens

Hi! Since 6.4.10.2027, and still on 6.4.13.2309, settings' screens are broken on the layout: they show half the settings like shown at https://pasteboard.co/eP6kL7lnJKmp.png

for few users we are getting participant_user_id and id. But for few users we are not getting. Help us to understand what is the reason.

I've been using the official Linux client of Zoom for a while on Fedora and one the most frustrating things is the misalignment of the reactions popup when the chat window is docked to the main meeting window.  It always centers over the edge which often times makes the right most emojis cut off the screen. I have to drag the window leftward in order to display them all. It would be ideal if this popup always remained inside the chat window so it never expands beyond the window.  Is this possible?

I am trying to findout why ZOOM recoding is not the same for the laptop and cloud

If I record on the cloud after making changes in the setting it will record GALLERY and SPEAKER, but NOT SPOTLIGHT

IF I record on a laptop it records, GALLERY< SPEAKER AND SPOTLIGHTED people.

is there something I am missing for the cloud? Lost a lot of great speakers today when 5 were spotlight at the same time, but only speaker and gallery view showed up in ZOOM.

I hold weekly office hours in Zoom, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. They are drop-in sessions. Today two students dropped in right at the start, talked with me for about 5 minutes, and then exited. There were 55 minutes left in the session. But because of this feature, the session automatically ended after 40 minutes and I wasn't able to re-start the session. The result is that if any students wanted to join me toward the end of the session, they can't.

This is a ridiculous feature. Please fix it.

I need to know if there is a security setting whereby if I, the host, lose my internet connection, that the participants in my meeting are disabled from interacting with one another or completely removed from the meeting.  I have read other posts dating back to 2023 on this topic but there doesn't seem to be an answer. This is deeply concerning to me for the work that I do.

I am a basic user, Version: 6.4.3 (52139), Mac Pro. I am trying to turn off the blue screen background, which I presume is a virtual background. I'm not even sure how I got one. Changing virtual background to None does nothing. Trying to follow instructions to change the background have gotten me nowhere. I tried following the instruction "As an admin (logged in), navigate to zoom.us/account/setting, then Meeting -> In Meeting (Advanced)You'll find the following options for your entire org's account, including 'Require user s to always use virtual background'. Disable this and unlock the virtual background setting if this is locked." I am not "authorized" although I am the sole owner of the account.  How can I become the admin of my own account?

After signing in, following other the other instructions I found doesn't work because my interface doesn't seem to match the instructions:

To enable or disable Virtual background for all users in the account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with permission to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.  [NO ACCOUNT SETTINGS UNDER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ergo no meeting tab or In Meeting (Advanced) links. I have screen shots if necessary.]
  3. Click the Meeting tab.
  4. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Virtual background toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

I just want to get off the blue screen and be able to have (formerly normal) management of whether my virtual background is on or off.
