When ever a user of mine clicks on "schedule" on the Zoom app she gets a screen that says loading, then after a bit she gets a blank screen. I've uninstalled with third party tools, i've installed the full version and the web version but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I have been hosting meetings regularly, the last one was last Thursday, but yesterday, upon launching, instead of the regular screen with controls, I got a blank screen with only my ID and no controls (see screen capture). Attendees joined (in another screen) I could see them and hear them but I could not join my own meeting. I closed the meeting for everyone, created another meeting, same thing. I had to cancel the meeting. I have been testing creating meetings and launching, and still the same blank screen with no controls. I have updated to the latest Zoom Client 5.13.10 - nothing changes.

I submitted a ticket to Zoom support yesterday, no reply. And I have another meeting planned for tomorrow Thursday. Any ideas, solutions? Many thanks.

Chat showing disabled to Participants

I hold weekly sessions... now I have been using the same Meeting ID for past year and never it was an issue. This week when people were trying to login they were getting an error that the meeting is at 7pm when I was already logged in. So I had  to create a new meeting ID and share it with people in that way I lost a few people.

 

Secondly I generally set chats as with hosts and co hosts only... now due to the chat separator it is becoming problematic opening each window and checking for the questions... can we get it in the old way.... bcoz during sessions or workshops it breaks the flow as it becomes time consuming to open each window.....

 

Thirdly, for all the participants it shows as if the chat is disabled when the chat is still on. how to fix it??

 

Another issue is, when I used to send any info in such meetings previously it used to go to all participants, now I have to send it individually which is time consuming, any way to fix it?

Can't hear all participants all the time

I join a weekly writing group and discussion. Lately, I can hear some participants but not others. Sometimes, I can hear "Gail," but if she speaks again later, I won't be able to. I know it's on my end bc I can see everyone reacting to her. Help! Show more

Problem with participants' ability to record

I'm a public speaking instructor, and hold live Zoom sessions to listen to my students' speeches. I have my settings set up so that participants can record on their computers, and I can also record to the Cloud. Last year, everything worked just fine... Show more

I'm a public speaking instructor, and hold live Zoom sessions to listen to my students' speeches. I have my settings set up so that participants can record on their computers, and I can also record to the Cloud. Last year, everything worked just fine...but now, for some reason none of the students are able to record on their computers, even though the program says, "Recording in progress." I'm NOT intentionally recording their speeches unless they get a notice that they can't record from their end...and yet, their speeches are recording to the Cloud, but not recording on their end. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Hi - I have just switched PCs (from Windows 10 to Windows 11) and have developed a new problem > when I share content on a second screen (e.g. PowerPoint slide show) my Zoom gallery window disappears on my main screen and I am left with just a floating control bar - I need to be able see all the meeting participants when sharing in this way as I often share my second screen throughout a meeting - any suggestions for fixing this? Help please!

Hola! Necesito ayuda porque no puedo instalar zoom en mi macbook pro. Como sistema operativo tengo Ventura 13.2.1
Descargo el .pkg de la pagina oficial de zoom, comienzo con el proceso de instalacion pero al momento de instalar muestra un mensaje de error y no se instala en producto.
Consulte con el CX de Apple y me indicaron que el problema no es de la laptop sino del producto zoom. Todas las otras apps las he podido instalar correctamente.
En imagen adjunta envio el error que se puede visualizar al momento de la instalación.
Con respecto a las preferencias del sistema, estan configuradas tal cual indica el instructivo de zoom.
Aguardo por ayuda. Gracias por adelantado.

Hi! I need help because I can't install zoom on my macbook pro. My operative system is Ventura 13.2.1
I download the .pkg from the official Zoom page, I start the installation process but when installing it shows an error message and the product is not installed.
I consulted with Apple's CX team and they told me that the problem is not with the laptop, the problem is with the zoom product. All the other apps I have been able to install correctly.
In the attached image I send the error page that can be displayed at the time of installation.
Regarding the system preferences, they are configured as indicated in the zoom instructions.
I wait for help. Thanks in advance.

Loss of audio when entering/leaving breakout rooms

When I am in the main meeting, I have audio and video without an issue. However, when assigned to my breakout rooms, I lose the audio stream and cannot hear what is being said. This has happened on a couple of occasions to me. It has also happened wh... Show more

When I am in the main meeting, I have audio and video without an issue. However, when assigned to my breakout rooms, I lose the audio stream and cannot hear what is being said. This has happened on a couple of occasions to me. It has also happened where I have audio in the breakout rooms but lose it when re-entering the main meeting. The video stream is intact and clear (i.e. no signs of poor connection). I have tried using my Mac speaker/microphone as well as AirPods Pro, but the issue has not resolved.

Alternative Host not working

Yes I know the alternative host needs to be in your same organization- and they are. im creating zoom rooms with alternative hosts that are a part of the same plan (we're all under a university) and some accounts zoom recognizes and zoom doesnt recog... Show more

Yes I know the alternative host needs to be in your same organization- and they are. im creating zoom rooms with alternative hosts that are a part of the same plan (we're all under a university) and some accounts zoom recognizes and zoom doesnt recognize other accounts. i know for a fact the emails that aren't working have been attached to a zoom account, so im not sure what the problem could be. is there any service i could use to manually appeal this, and get those zoom accounts registered? or is there no way?
