Resolved! Update Zoom on Windows
I can't update my zoom! It says to click on profile picture and click on help and update. My account does not show that. I reinstalled zoom and it still tells me to contact my IT. I don't have an IT team

when I invite a participant - they are unable to hear me - although I can hear them clearly
Only on Zoom, when testing my microphone, there is no recording to play back. Did all the diagnosis on the laptop with no apparent issues. Any help would be appreciated...
It's very serious what Zoom is doing with me. Please, respect my classes.
My bill is paid monthly since 2020 and you are interrupting my classes in 40 minutes to force me to buy yearly plan.
I DON'T WANT IT!
It's an absurd and very ugly and bad for my clients.

We purchased the Zoom Pro. Were understanding this didn't come with a meeting time limit of 40 minutes. Our account is up to date as far as license goes. Is someone willing to answer my concern if it makes sense. Sincerely Greg & Susan Kuipers

Has anyone experienced similar behavior/ have a fix? IPad OS 16.2 IPad Air v5 - Stage manager - with additional monitor connected. Ipad in Landscape mode.
In the above configuration - when the Zoom meeting is running on the Ipad screen - all apps on the additional monitor become minimized - opening a minimized app causes the lock screen to activate - this does not happen with other apps.
If Zoom meeting is running on external monitor - apps can open on Ipad screen ok - but the camera view is skewed 270" - ie Zoom is not recognizing the Ipad orientation.

I am a dance teacher that offers students to join via Zoom. In the last couple weeks my students are not able to hear the music I play anymore. Can someone tell me what's happening??? I typically just play the music in the studio and they've always been able to hear. Any assistance would be appreciated! Sincerely, Wendy

With the two google accounts I have (different email addresses, both google mail) a different availability of virtual backgrounds. On one account I have all the regular backgrounds plus some I added, while on the other I only have 2 or three. I am a paying member and am wondering why this is? Thank you for the feedback.

Hello everyone, I am hoping someone has experienced and resolved this issue - all the settings in my account are correct for activating a notification (bell sound) when a participant arrives in a meeting. However, just on my laptop device for the last several months, there has been no sound for this notification. I can see and hear participants and all other sound is normal, but I do not hear any sound when participants arrive in the waiting room or enter the meeting room. When I tried the same meeting room and account on other devices the notification is audible. The sound was audible until several months ago. Any ideas of what is going on and how I can reinstate it?
