Hello,

I have two different Zoom accounts, one through my work and one that I pay for myself. Since the most recent update they have different dashboards when I log on. One account has a "meetings" tab which shows me my upcoming AND recurring meetings. The other has no "Meetings" tab. I have to log on to Zoom.us in order to get the links for recurring meetings- not so convenient.

Why is there a difference? Is there a way I can see my recurring meetings (no assigned date or time) regardless of the account?

Hi there,

I run zoom meetings with clients via my headset, as I need to hear them very well, and they need to hear me.

Sometimes I want to run THEIR audio in real time to an app on my desktop.  The only way I can currently do this is to run the zoom audio directly to my speakers, and then have the software 'listen' to my computer speakers for the audio.

This is cumbersome, and the audio quality suffers.

Is there a way that I can run their audio directly to the software, rather than through my speakers, back into the computer?

I just had a Zoom update that now schedules my meetings to my Google Calendar. Before, I had the settings for my personal Outlook calendar and worked just fine.

Now, when I try to link my meetings to my personal Mircorsoft Account it does not allow me. Somehow, after the update,  it has linked my Work Microsoft Office Account and requests an autorization from my company. It does not allow to link my Personal Microsoft Account.

All of  a sudden I no longer get  the screen where I select the regular weekly meeting I host, copy the invitation to it, and later start the meeting.  ???  What happened to that page?  where do I find it now?  All I get is a screen asking me to upgrade.   PLEASE HELP TODAY!

I am having problems obtaining a list of past meetings. when I go to Report>Usage Reports> Meeting Report, it does not allow me to go farther than 1 year and allows me to only get a report for a month?? what is the reason for that? I am writing an annual report for an international organization and cannot get the full list of zoom meetings I did in the year of 2022. This is terrible. 

The second problem is when I go to Meetings>Previous, it is possible to see past meetings but these are scheduled ones not the actual meeting dates, which is totally confusing. 

I would like zoom to find a solution to this issue because meeting dates and attendees is a major concern for future reports that we will write. I cannot see past events older than 1 year and can get a report 1 month at a time. I should be able to find past meetings using keywords or meeting ids. It should not be that difficult and cumbersome.

PS: this is the comment I left if you find this useful, no: "I cannot get usage reports for more than 1 month, this is a useless limitation please make it at least a year. Secondly, the history constraint is also terrible. I want to see my meetings for a report that I am preparing and I need to see all ISCARSAH meeting dates in 2022; first I cannot see before June 2022, second I can only take a month of report? what is the reason or meaning behind this. Terrible !!!"

I renewed my zoom (payment) and 2 days later, my recurring meeting has dissappered.  After panicking for a bit, finally found it - but now is under a tab called "Personal Meeting Room."  ASnyone know why?  Better yet, how can I move it back to my Meetings tab?
