Can someone assist me in finding out to update to the latest version of Zoom? Under my profile pic the option for updates doesn't exist. Thank you

Hello - I am Australian and have travelled to Germany for a couple of months and the e-mails I get about people joining calls or for when recordings are ready to look at are now all in German without me having changed any settings. It's like Zoom has detected I'm in Germany and is assuming I speak German. Which I don't. Well not good enough to understand all of the detail. Can anyone help me to change this as I'll be using Zoom a fair bit while away. The main language in my Settings is set to English. Thanks

I can't schedule any meetings for a day ahead or more from the PC app on my desktop. I click on 'Schedule' and it brings me to a screen asking for attendees - then quite an awkward and fiddly start and end day and time drop down. If I put anything for the next day or beyond, the meeting just disappears once I press save. This is a new problem as I was scheduling meetings last week! What's happened?

my account had a problem. the co-host cabn't control the breakout room. the icon doesn't appear in the window. any suggestion why this happend???
I have a scenario in which I will scheduled a zoom meeting and then send participants a link of a zoom meeting. For suppose meeting is scheduled for 09:00 pm and I as a host start that meeting. But for some reason 2 persons can not join that meeting. So I want that for all participants the zoom meeting will automatically opened and connected wherever the participants are busy. They will join the meeting automatically.
Is this possible or not?

I'm having an issue locating a recording that was done yesterday. I started a meeting and made someone else the host who then recorded the meeting but there has been no indication of the files being stored anywhere and no notification that they are ready to download for anyone.
What happened? Where did they go? The meeting was definitely recorded and I have a pro account.

My Bluetooth headset is default audio and connects immediately when joining the main Zoom meeting. As soon as I join a group within the Zoom call, the audio drops and won't connect. I have to turn off the headset, reset it and it may take several tries before finding the audio connections and getting it to work. This is very frustrating ... anybody have a solution?

1 ) When using the Annotation drawing tool, it would be really helpful if we could "clear" the last annotation using the right click instead of needing to go to the tool bar bar and click "clear". 2 ) Once an Annotation is done, we need to take a screen capture with another tool such as Awesome Screen to document the illustrated step using Zoom's annotation. It would be fantastic if a specific command could simply grab and store in Zoom or Cloud Storage & Email the captured screen
We use "Draw" to walk users step by step processes during training sessions and the "vanishing pen" is not structured enough to elegantly visually select screen elements to highlight. Certainly a section with "vanishing draw" elements with timing capabilities and right click on-demand "clear" would be the ideal collaboration tool.

Hello! Our company has not yet integrated Exchange with Zoom. However, we follow these steps to sync Zoom Meetings with the app: More > Meetings > Synced Calendars. The issue we are facing is that most meetings appear, but some do not. For example, I have a recurring meeting every day at 9 AM, but it only appears on certain days. I am not the host, and my colleagues are also experiencing the same problem with this meeting and some others. Additionally, invitations from clients outside the company do not appear at all. We would like to use this feature to connect to nearby Zoom Rooms, but it seems to be unreliable. Troubleshooting steps taken: Does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this issue?
