Hey all,
I frequently use zoom to record a podcast I work on. In recent months the separate audio feed is often failing to record the participants correctly. The separate audio recordings sound like there has been significant connection issues... while the compiled, combined audio sounds fine. I have a large chunk of free HD space and there are no other operations taking place on the computer at the same time.
Any idea what's causing this problem?

Hello, When I host my meeting using my own zoom application, I am able to share my entire screen. When I connect to someone's meeting, I am not able to share the entire screen. I can only share one thing, like a browser or an application but it has to be one thing only. This happened even when I was made a co-host and even a host. How do I solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

We are looking to upgrade our account to include the transcription feature. Any feedback or opinions are greatly appreciated. Are the transcriptions accurate? Sort of accurate? How easy are they to edit? Can they be imported into a word doc? Thank you! Amy

Good morning, I have a private free account on Zoom and I started working for a company that has requested me to add me into their Zoom account. This means they could check all my recordings and monitor the activity I do out work on my personal time. I tried to create a new account with another email, to avoid this, but I have not received the Activation email. I tried everything suggested, but still nothing. Could you please guide me or offer some advice about how to proceed next? Thanks in advance. Alicia

The title says it all. I'm looking for a Wireless camera that will work as a Zoom input on a Windows PC.
Does such a thing exist?
TIA
Hi Zoom Support, I had sent the invitation to the users below, but they have not received the invitation email for the zoom. Would you please check if those emails were on the bounce back rule or black listed?

Hi,
Failed to add two specific email addresses. An activation email was just not sent to them.
According to a check in the firewall, the email is not blocked and does not enter spam. IPs 198.2.179.123, 198.2.179.168 and 198.2.179.86 already in whitelist in FW. I also do not see any attempt in logs to open incoming session from these addresses.
All other users in the same domain have successfully activated their accounts.
I also have two extra licenses so it is not a problem of licenses.

My present email address became inactive since my retirement from the job. I need to change it to my new email address. But the system sends a confirmation email to my old email address which is no longer active. Under the circumstances, how could I change my email address?
