Hello! I was hoping someone might share the best solution that allows your team to easily enter meeting notes either in a zoom meeting event task in Salesforce, or in another automated fashion. Any recommendations would be appreciated as I'm looking to make this as easy and efficient as possible.

I am new to Zoom and just watched the Zoom video on how to schedule a meeting. The video was quite thorough, but it did not cover how to add participants (in Web Portal). Do I need to setup the meeting on the Zoom Web Portal first then go into my calendar? I use MS Outlook for the calendar.

Moved over to a Mac Studio with an M1 Ultra chipset. Installed the Apple Silicon version of the Zoom client. The outbound audio will ONLY play through the Studio's internal speakers, even manually and automatically cycling through the available sources (USB external speakers, Airpods, et al). All other applications are able to see and use external speakers. Any and ALL assistance would be appreciated. Cheers!

Mobilize App-can this be used to a different Zoom Pro Plan if this app is already added to an existing Zoom pro plan account?

We would like to run two virtual meetings simultaneously from two Zoom pro plan accounts but use the same Mobilize app settings. Is this possible?

I was on this morning from my macbook, was able to log in, get to the zoom manager for the meeting and when she put me through to the meeting itself all was fine until the person speaking changed to a different speaker and I was kicked out.  It does the same thing if I click on another participant, kicks me out. Happened 5 times this morning for the same meeting.  Zoom works perfectly fine from my iphone though. I am using the Zoom website on the laptop, not a downloaded app so there's nothing to delete and reinstall. 

Hello. We record a weekly podcast via Zoom. We're wondering if there is a feature where we can see a timer while we're recording? While we're recording, we'd basically like to see how much time has elapsed.

We're already aware that there is a MEETING duration timer. We also know we can add timestamps to recordings. But we are specifically inquiring about a RECORDING duration timer that shows up WHILE we're recording.
