How do I create multiple breakout rooms for only some people and have a group stay behind with the host in the main room?
I was conducting a masterclass and when it came time for me to share my slides, the screen went black and I couldn't share at all, and kept being kicked out. I had none of these problems during the day.
Hello, I'm the owner/admin of a pro Zoom account I have created for a group of which I am a member. I am working on a Macbook Pro. I'm attempting to import my personal contacts into the account via csv file. It is NOT working, I am saving it in Excel as suggested and then saving as a csv file but when I attempt to download I get a message saying "cannot download this file". What is going on? I've been at this for three hours now and frustrated. What is the deal? Why can't we just add contacts like on any other website. This is ridiculous. I am following instructions and they're not working. Support is nil on this site. I keep getting sent to articles that do not address my issues. Can someone please help? Thank you. P.S. I have no idea which board to post this on so I just picked one. Hopefully, it's the right one.

It seems that every time I join a Zoom call, my app updates and causes me to be late for the meeting. With back-to-back meetings on other systems, joining early isn't always practical. Is there a way to join the meeting and update in the background, or after the meeting?

I'm an assistant on my admin's account for our church meetings. However, she is on vacation and when I try to create a meeting, I cannot if the admin is not on the meeting. How can I create a meeting without the admin?
Hello! I was hoping someone might share the best solution that allows your team to easily enter meeting notes either in a zoom meeting event task in Salesforce, or in another automated fashion. Any recommendations would be appreciated as I'm looking to make this as easy and efficient as possible.

Hello, I am new to Zoom and just watched the Zoom video on how to schedule a meeting. The video was quite thorough, but it did not cover how to add participants (in Web Portal). Do I need to setup the meeting on the Zoom Web Portal first then go into my calendar? I use MS Outlook for the calendar. Thank-you in advance for any information or tips to add participants! LDA

Moved over to a Mac Studio with an M1 Ultra chipset. Installed the Apple Silicon version of the Zoom client. The outbound audio will ONLY play through the Studio's internal speakers, even manually and automatically cycling through the available sources (USB external speakers, Airpods, et al). All other applications are able to see and use external speakers. Any and ALL assistance would be appreciated. Cheers!
