Video lighting
My video screen is very dark. I am barely visible on screen despite overhead lighting and a ring light. Is there a setting that will allow me to brighten the screen when on Zoom? If so, how do I access it.?

Hi, I have two different 2K mp4 videos made with my iPad. One doesn't work and I can't figure out why. Both files are about the same size at 25GB and a run time of 20min. The one that doesn't work, I've shortened to a 5 min, 500MB video and it still doesn't work. I then shortened it to a 1 sec video and it *worked*. A two min version doesn't work. What's happening here? I'd like the video loops to run 10-20 minutes. I'd settle for 2-5 minutes. But this one video only works as a 1s video. Has anyone seen this before?

Hello, Please let me know whether this is just someone missing a new public key or whether that file has been tampered with. Thanks,
I'm trying to install the latest Zoom 5.14.7 (2928) from your Download Center webpage on my Ubuntu 20.04 but this build appears to be using a different public key than the one linked in that page:

This is super frustrating. After logging into the desktop app with Google, I click switch account. It takes me to the login screen. I want to switch to another google account so I click the Google icon, but it just takes me right back in with the currently authenticated Google account. There is no way to actually switch because I'm not seeing the typical intermediate screen that lists my google accounts to choose from to switch to!
I honestly don't know how in the hell this issue hasn't been an urgent usability issue that has been already resolved

I am trying to be certain, that this Zoom will work at home on my laptop to connect into Zoom for a
9:00 a.m. meeting for a Professional Workshop that my job has agreed to my attending this class.
Thank you very much.
I would like to pin a video and then record it. So don't record the whole meeting, just the pinned video. Is this possible? Or is that recorded automatically?
Hi! Thank you. / Jenny
I use Zoom recordings (video) of conversations between people as data for my PhD thesis. More specifically, I recorded conversations between two persons in a breakout room after I turned off my video and sound, meaning I was not participating in the conversation other than doing the recordings. The recordings were captured in the period between May 2020-June 2021. I am wondering about whether the two participants that I recorded could see and hear exactly the same as I did in the recordings? For example, if I hear that the two persons are talking in overlap (at the same time), do both of them also hear this? I assume that the recordings capture the perspective of the person who is recording (my perspective) in terms of lay-out on Zoom (e.g gallery mode) , but is this also the case for the sound and video? As these are important details in my analysis, and I therefore need exact information about this.

I've installed, removed, rebooted, re-installed about 10 times to no avail. Zoom application does not want to launch on an Apple M1 running latest OS (Ventura 13.3).
Forced to use web interface.
Crash report screenshot attached.
Please help.
For my webinar I had registration form with the phone number required.
But I don't have half of the participant's phone numbers. If I try to fill out the form I can see that the field is not required !
after constantly having zoom freezing I just uninstalled and reinstalled it but now it is saying that I am in a meeting (I'm not) so all the buttons are greyed out (see screenshot). I'm guessing the solution has something to do with force ending all calls but I'm not on any? How can I do this?
