I screen mirror a zoom class from my mac onto a Pioneer tv via an apple tv unit. This works fine although the sound does not come through the tv. 

The big problem is that after about 15 mins the tv shuts down despite the zoom meeting continuing to show on the mac.

It seems to be a zoom thing, because if the mac is showing a youtube video, the sound comes through ok and the screen mirroring doesn't shut down.

Any thoughts anyone, please!

Is there any way to schedule a meetings on 3 different Zoom accounts from one calendar?

We have simultaneous sessions with customers but all online calendars and scheduling systems work with only one Zoom account. So we need to manually create meetings on another account and send emails with new meeting links.

An ideal solution that I'm looking for is:
The user picks when he wants to meet from the calendar where he sees available spots.
System checks which Zoom account is free at this time.
A new meeting is created on this Zoom account.
The link to join a meeting is sent to the user.
A new event is created on our Google calendar.

Does anyone know if there is a soloution like that or another way to achieve this goal?

I need to host a call without registration (VC unit will not allow registration process).  Will zoom automatically identify other participants? Does it depend if they have registered before?

I know I can turn on registration whilst a call is active, but can I turn it off briefly to let someone in and then turn it on again

I am trying to schedule meetings requiring registration. I know this function is only for licensed users. I checked my profile, and I am licensed ... but there is no Registration Required checkbox showing. 

Tearing my hair out here!

We were recording a hybrid meeting with a host, co-host, virtual attendees, and a live in-person audience where the speakers were located.

Sound/audio was run through the host laptop. Video was run through the co-host laptop.

We recorded the meeting to the cloud. Host was un-muted, video off. Co-host had video on, audio muted/off.

However - the recording recorded no video. Just a black screen with the name of the host. You could hear the speakers perfectly! But no video at all. Shouldn't it have at least showed the video of the co-host? This was incredibly frustrating, and has made us thought about not continuing with Zoom for our meeting needs.

In the future, we need to do the same set-up......host and co-host, with host being the vector for audio and the co-host being utilized for  video, and have it record both. Is there a setting we missed? We would prefer the co-host to have their video as the main/primary screen in the recording.
