After 10+ seconds of entering a meeting my zoom stops responding. I can still hear the other participants and the video still works for a couple minutes, but I can't click on anything as the application isn't responding. Audio normally continues to work for the next 10 to 20 minutes then the application completely freezes. 

I've reinstalled zoom, updated pc and drivers, and cleared cache. I've got no idea what's wrong. Please help.

Today I conducted a meeting for 20 participants using Gallery View. However, I could see only 12 thumbnails on the screen at a time. I had to scroll to the right to see the additional participants. How do I adjust Gallery View to see all 20 participants? (I can't find anything about this on the site after an hour of searching.)

Would someone be so kind as to post screenshots, right from the home screen, for both iOS and Windows 11 -chrome, on how you fixed this problem. I have followed at least a dozen sets of instructions and been unable to fix: 

I have a profile picture.

I can see it in the upper right hand corner on my phone and on Windows 11 (chrome)

when I attend meetings other people's profile pictures are shown. (when their is video is off) 

But not mine (when my video is off) 

This happened out of the blue with an update

We've used Zoom for our worship streaming and, while spoken parts (readings sermon & prayers) come through fine, music does not (neither organ, instrumental or vocal).

We have used different mobile devices and different plug-in microphones but the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced this? How can it be remediated?
