I have two Zoom accounts for two different businesses, and they are both linked to different Google accounts. I am running the Mac client, and when I go to Sign in, and I click on Google, it uses the first Google login, but not the second (I'd expect it to prompt me, like every other application does. I tried switch account, I tried Sign out, none of them will let me sign into the second account. and worse, I can't seem to unlink one of the accounts to my google account to give it a "traditional" username and password. What can I do?

Hi There,
Is there a way to save transcript of the chat if you are NOT the meeting host?
Thanks!
My expectations were low to begin with, but this occurs on KUbuntu as well as ZorinOS, and the support and feedback I've garnered from the forum or online is not promising. I'm hoping someone can help to resolve this. No error codes directly related to zoom within journalctl -f nor /var/log/messages Linux desktop: OS: Zoom Version: Installation Method: I've verified online that I have the ability to enable a virtual desktop. from the in-call settings, as well as the settings out-of-call I see the following image. Clicking on any of the virtual desktops produces no result, the system does not freeze or hang nor does the video appear to be impacted.NAME="Zorin OS"

Hi. When I'm on zoom I'm told by other participants that my sound keeps dropping off, even though my video keeps working. I have Windows 11 and a Dell Lattitude. I've tried uninstalling/re-installing zoom and that hasn't solved the issue, and I've tried different microphone settings, again that doesn't work. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks very much @ links to members. content Update problem

Hi,
I would like to ask if there is a way to have an access to expired zoom recording. Upon checking one of my training recording playback it said that the access is already expired.
I am using a lenovo thinkpad and windows 10. If I try a version higher of 5.10.4 camera switch on by the image remain black. I was fine with 5.10.4 but beginning of the last week this version was discontinued. To use I need to make the connection through the browser and not the client. This is not nice. Throubleshooting information I was able to find are simply too trivial and obvious, so unuseless. Any help to solve the problem ? Camera work perfectly and led is switch on when activate zoom session, only image is not captured properly by zoom.

When a user is in a Zoom meeting on an Android tablet, our app will crash whenever a poll is launched in that meeting. Below is the full stack trace. As you’ll see it refers to setting the colorSurface attribute in our app theme
