The audio doesn´t work well when I share some exercises on screen and want to interact with my students. However, if one of my students share the exercise in her screen the audio is working ok. Can you help, please?
When I attempt to log-in to zoom, I get "In order to verify...blah...blah, click on ALLOW on your other device" I have no other devices. he only way around it is generate a special code that is emailed to me. Why isn't my userid/psw sufficient to log into zoom and why is your ALLOW message so obtuse without any other options? I missed a meeting and was in a fit of rage b/c of this.

I was happy to see that the Linux Meeting SDK was released on 1/8! I tried to write some basic code to use it which unfortunately hasn't been able to authenticate: The code looks like: https://gist.github.com/wuurrd/346b8888a993d58c0bacdeaf8da654f1 When I run the code: $ ./zoomsdkUsing token: ...Authentication result: 8Something else went wrong: 8 -----------8 is timeout. Local wireshark is showing that the zoom backend servers are returning Bad Request for one of the TLS connections that is being made. Has anyone been able to make this work? Or is this a general issue with the SDK?

Hello,
Our team has moved our ATS from Lever to Greenhouse. With this change, we have run into multiple problems with zoom requiring a passcode for the candidates who are scheduled for an interview. When we give them the passcode provided it doesn't work. We have had all the managers who are having this problem turn off their PMI and a couple of other settings. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was your solution?

I have an older iPad. Have been using zoom on it for some time. However, when I tried to use it yesterday it wanted to update the software version. The iPad OS is not supported. Zoom works great with the version I am currently using Is there a way to ignore the software update and continue using the version I have? it just keeps looping to update and then errors show up saying the OS is not supported.

Hello Community, during a meeting today, the screen became black. When restored (automatically) some images like icons and the desktop were blurred (in my laptop, not only in Zoom). Not all the text like the clock and the icons' names were clear, as if a shortage of pixels came into place. After the Zoom, all ok. Thanks,
Could someone help me with that and how to prevent it?

for the last three weeks I've have meetings with 45 to 90 people in them, and there are at least six people who have the same link and password who cannot get in, including people who work for me and use zoom daily. I never had this issue before - has zoom changed? I'm not able to continue with Zoom and am looking for alternative platforms if this can't be resolved. There doesn't seem to be any support either. These are not people new to Zoom, but they are able to come in on their phones, just not computers. Any help with this?
