I've been teaching a class for three weeks from the US in Myanmar. Tonight, the teacher received the error code 3078 and could not enter the meeting. I set up two more meetings with the same result. I have read all the error codes I could find online and could not even find 3078. What does it mean and does it ever go away?

I am the host of a meeting, and when 1 particular participant shares his screen, it mutes him and grays out his audio button. I can "request to unmute" the participant but when he clicks the accept button, it doesn't unmute him. After he stops sharing his screen, he is unmuted and can start talking again. We use zoom to teach and our classes are booked as recurring meetings. Our 15 licences together have something like 60 classes scheduled - each recurring class obviously uses the same meeting link for the life of the class. If we move to a Vanity URL, would all existing meeting links have to change? Thanks for your help.

I can't find my conference recording. After the meeting the link was sent but it is not available anymore (after 8 days). Does anyone know how I might be able to retrieve the recording?
Does Zoom now have the ability or the technology to detect external audio recording devices other than the device on which the Zoom meeting is held on?
I am no longer able to send an invite via Gmail. The email invite opens but then immediately closes. I see some sort of message box but closes too quickly before I can read. Is this a Gmail thing or a Zoom thing?
I work remotely. My new Dell laptop was fine until my employer upgraded software. Now, when I share on Zoom, the lag is unbearable. It takes at least 5 minutes to open a file when sharing in Zoom.
(I'm admin for our account) I wanted to update my client to the latest version, and found that it wouldn't let me. There is no "check for updates" option. Downloading the full installer just launched the existing client and didn't do anything else. I had to completely uninstall then run the installer. I see where I can require update to the latest client for people in our org, but I don't really want to do that. I just want to allow them to update it by "check for updates" or manual download. What am I missing here?

We scheduled a meeting for our charity event, which consists 5 workshops We have encountered difficulties with access for attendees during the workshops, and we have taken immediate action to resolve the problem. Several attendees have reported access issues despite having registered for the event. They were prompted to register again when attending the second or third workshop. It's important to note that this problem only affected those who accessed the meeting using the provided meeting information (link, ID, and password). Attendees who accessed the event via the link provided in their confirmation email did not encounter any difficulties. To rectify this issue and ensure a seamless experience for all participants, we have decided to remove the registration requirement altogether. Unfortunately, this means that all registration information, including email addresses and answers to the registration questions, has been unintentionally deleted. We deeply regret this oversight, and we understand the inconvenience caused to both you and our attendees. At this time, we kindly request assistance in restoring the registration process. We have lost contact with almost 200 attendees, and it is crucial that we reestablish communication to ensure they receive important updates and information regarding the event. If there are any means by which we can retrieve their registration details or obtain alternative contact information, please let us know as soon as possible. Best
