Today (8-7-2023) I opened zoom on my iPad mini (1st generation) and then a popup came saying that the zoom app version has to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. It wouldn't let me join meetings either. I pressed the update button on the popup and it opened the app store, but it showed that it was on the last supported version and no further updates were available. I read through the version history in the app description and it says that zoom version 5.11.3 is the last version to support 32 bit ios devices; and that is the zoom version I have installed which isn't working.
How can i get zoom to work on my iPad mini 1st gen?

(It has the last supported ios version which is ios 9.3.5)

Does Zoom Still Support Windows XP? (client)

I used zoom on windows xp for awhile with no issues than from out of nowhere, I could not connect anymore.  The client keeps saying to update but it's already updated.

 

Has Zoom stopped support for older 'OS' machines?

Audio and Video Freeze after 30 minutes

During my weekly zoom conference my audio and video freeze up after 30 minutes. I am using an HP Chrombook and my speed is 38 down and 4.5 up load. This happens every time I use zoom.

Meeting does not suport dial in

How do updated the settings in order to fix this problem?

Zoom disappears when screenshare starts and stops

Every time we start or stop a screen share, we have a member who's Zoom disappears and takes her to the computer home screen on her laptop. She has to click on the Zoom icon again to get back to the meeting. this is a fairly new problem that she has ... Show more

Every time we start or stop a screen share, we have a member who's Zoom disappears and takes her to the computer home screen on her laptop. She has to click on the Zoom icon again to get back to the meeting. this is a fairly new problem that she has encountered. Steps she has tried without success: updating Zoom, Uninstalling & Reinstalling Zoom, trying different browsers including Chrome & Edge.

Recently something changed in Zoom. Before, when I would create a recurring meeting, it only listed the person's name and I could use that same link every week. Now, if I create a recurring meeting, it lists the person's name and meeting every single time it's scheduled. How can I have it just keep the one name and not create multiple?

How to send alert via email of ready meeting recording

We have a meeting room set up in our account where we have automatic meeting recording setup.
But I need some people to receive the notification email as soon as these recordings are ready, but I don't think where to configure.

Recently trying to join meetings from my MacBook Air by clicking on the link provided by meeting organizer gave me error code 1004, saying that I needed App version 5.12.2 or higher to join.  I click on update and the error 1004 pops up, unable to install updates.

 

Does anyone know what to do?

 

I asked the bot but it didn't give me the answer.
