I give music lessons (instrumental) via Zoom on my iPhone. Everything has been working quite well since the quarantine days until now. In these past few months, neither the students nor I can hear one another's instrument. Speech remains absolutely fine. My students typically use laptops. (We have finally resorted to FaceTime.) My husband and I experimented today using his laptop (and my iPhone) and the same thing happened. Instrumental sound does not come through. (My desktop is not in an amenable place in the house for lessons and the iPhone has been quite fine up until now.)
My iPhone has the latest version installed (not of Zoom, but iOS). Has Zoom been updated in the past 3 years and is that what I need?
Thanks for any assistance!

So I'm trying to log into my personal Zoom account using the Zoom client for Linux. My personal account -- which I can log onto just fine using the web browser -- is tied to logging in through Google. However, it won't let me log into the client app; but returns the error: "Failed to sign in. Please try again. (Error code: 2025)" The Zoom support page (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/10144075722509-Zoom-error-message-You-cannot-log-into-your-Zoom-account-using-this-method-Contact-your-IT-administrator-for-instructions-2-025-) gives clear directions for how to fix this problem: Trouble is, it's wrong. When I log onto my account on the web browser, the "Advanced," there is no "security" option. I've browsed through the other options and can find nothing. Ideas will be gratefully accepted.

Hello Hive, Our Executive Assistant has created a recurring Outlook meeting and is now trying to create the Zoom meeting for one event through the Add-in. According to her, she used to be able to add a zoom meeting onto a single event in a recurring series. Now it is not allowing for that. Is this something that changed recently? Or is there something we need to make active to allow her this option?

We record meetings constantly for team members that can't attend live. Trying to find where the recording link was posted for a meeting I couldn't make is a nightmare. It would be awesome if the zoom link would redirect to the recording after the meeting has ended when the meeting: Am I missing this as an option?

Is the transcription feature available on the free account? Some say yes, others say no.
We are on the verge of turning on and locking the switch which requires all Personal Meetings to have a passcode. Has anyone documented what this change looks like for anyone who has an active PMI but has never set a passcode? We want to avoid a rush of support calls if people click on their familiar old URLs and are suddenly asked for a passcode. Does Zoom generate a generic password for those which don't already have one? We'd like to put together a quick communication plan for it, but don't know what to expect. Thank you.
