Good afternoon everyone. Can you assist? I am on a 2017 HP Laptop. I have a problem with the microphone during a ZOOM meeting. I can log in with no issue. However, I can see and hear everyone, but they cannot hear me. The video is working fine. I have went through testing the microphone, but it's not recording or repeating what I say. I've upgraded all of my drivers and systems with HP this morning, and they say it should be working. Again, it's still not working. Any suggestions?

I tried to log on zoom but the message I keep getting is "You must update to the latest version of zoom to start this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update.

When I try to uninstall zoom it says I am not the administrator.

I'm facing an issue and I don't know how to solve it. I use the WordPress plugin Video Conference with Zoom as a bridge between my zoom account and my website so I can have my meetings on my website. The plugin is linked to my site via a JWT app. 

The issue is, whenever people try to join the meeting via browser, some of them managed to access the waiting room and then the meetings while others face the issue "Join meeting timeout, fail to join the meeting" and I don't know how to solve it.

The plugin support says to contact you because it's an issue on your end.

Hi, I'd like to set up post-meeting surveys for my zoom meetings. I am able to create the survey once the meeting has been scheduled, but I would like to set it up so the survey is automatically generated once my clients schedule a meeting with me. This way I won't have to set up the survey for each client that schedules with me. Is this possible? 

Anyone else use a Beats Pill Speaker in Zoom? It will work for about 10 minutes and then default to another speaker.  I've contacted Apple, but they think it's a zoom setting.  Any suggestions? I've already tried turning off other speakers, hasn't worked.  It's like the speaker times out for no reason.  Zoom is the only platform this happens in with the speaker.
