I've looked at the instructions for creating a Poll/Quiz for a meeting, however the option for the poll does not come up on my meeting. Am I missing something?

When sharing a video with my students, only the voice of the main speaker plays, and with poor quality. The background music, vocals, etc. are not transmitted. However, when enabling the 'leave computer audio' option (which mutes me and my students), the video plays normally. That is, I can't play the video perfectly if I enter the meeting with the computer's audio, just by disabling it. I tried several times in different meetings. BTW, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.

Zoom's new policy -- imposed with no means of opting out -- may be the death of Zoom. I won't agree, my two non-profit agencies won't agree and the management company that represents us and over 100 other organizations will not agree. Would you agree to this sweeping, intrusive abuse of users?: "You consent to Zoom’s access, use, collection, creation, modification, distribution, processing, sharing, maintenance, and storage of Service Generated Data for any purpose, to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable Law, including for the purpose of product and service development, marketing, analytics, quality assurance, machine learning or artificial intelligence (including for the purposes of training and tuning of algorithms and models), training, testing, improvement of the Services, Software, or Zoom’s other products, services, and software, or any combination thereof, and as otherwise provided in this Agreement. In furtherance of the foregoing, if, for any reason, there are any rights in such Service Generated Data which do not accrue to Zoom under this Section 10.2 or as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably assign and agree to assign to Zoom on your behalf, and you shall cause your End Users to unconditionally and irrevocably assign and agree to assign to Zoom, all right, title, and interest in and to the Service Generated Data, including all Proprietary Rights relating thereto."

When I go to my "Meetings" tab, what comes up are multiple listings for the same meetings. For example, I have a recurring meeting for April Mann, but there are 12 listings with the same meeting ID and password for April Mann. If I try to delete one of them, the whole list of April Mann meetings are deleted. This is true for every recurring meeting I have. How do I get rid of these extra listings? Lanelle

I am at my wit's end, and I desperately hope this message finds the attention it urgently needs. As a Deaf professional, communication is paramount for me. Zoom's gallery view serves as a critical lifeline, allowing me to see everyone and interpret their signing, ensuring no detail is missed. It's not just about convenience, but also about equality and inclusivity. For individuals like me, having reliable technology that accurately records meetings is not just a feature—it's an absolute necessity. However, I am dumbfounded and genuinely frustrated. Why, every single time I record a session, despite ENSURING that I've set everything to gallery view (yes, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!), does the cloud recording ONLY show me? It’s not an occasional glitch, but a persistent issue, and I’ve lost COUNTLESS hours of work and valuable interactions because of this. I cannot emphasize enough how vital it is to address this problem. The ramifications go beyond the inconvenience—it affects my professional standing, relationships, and efficiency. Zoom is an industry leader. It's bewildering how such a persistent and impactful issue hasn't been tackled yet. I implore the developers and the management to take this seriously. Many professionals, especially those in the Deaf and hard of hearing community, rely heavily on your platform. Please do right by us.

The wifi router I'm using provides up to 150 mbps. Even when the speed is 140+, the zoom keeps saying low network bandwidth. Been facing this multiple times a day. Can anyone guide on what to do. thanks!
Hi, I recently attended an interview on zoom. I saw the invite and found I'm marked as creator, later when the meeting started it stated this meeting is being recorded. My wonder what is it recording, is it just the zoom screen or other windows opened during the meeting. Please throw insights. The interview conductor might be a premium license holder of Zoom, no idea. My only concern what's it recording, also if it's only zoom screen what get recorded while I switch windows, meaning open a pdf or word file while in zoom call. Thanks

Zoom notifications used to play a bubble sound when reminding me of an upcoming meeting. I cannot figure out how to get these reminders to play audio again. I do not mean notifications during a meeting. And I do not have audio connectivity issues. I solely mean the popup notification before a meeting that reminds you of the meeting in x-minutes.
