have a very big issue. It is relevant, because I loos return.

I am holding several webinars.  My CRM System is sending automated emails to everybody, who subscribes to a form on my website.
In the automated emails is the link to my zoom meeting. I have set it to "frequent meeting"

When the scheduled time is, i start the zoom app and open the frequent meeting.
People are joining and everything seems to work fine.
But afterwards I am receiving complaints from people, who where not able to join.
They got the erroer "Invalid meeting ID"

What is happening? why can some join, and other cant?

ik wil 2 wekelijks een zoom vergadering organiseren voor mijn klanten. Vergaderingen die ik wil opnemen en zetten in mijn online leeromgeving. 

Ik heb die vergaderingen aangemaakt, maar dat is altijd dezelfde link. Is dit verkeerd? Of heeft het nadelen dat deze telkens dezelfde link hebben? Bv voor opname?

I use zoom personally and for work. I know for a fact that I am not the only facing these problem with zoom. My job uses zoom constantly is using zoom as well and they are all facing this problem. Zoom is constantly crashing, freezing, lagging and the newest thing is camera distortion. We all have great computers and laptops in top working condition. All of our windows are in working condition. We have done everything we can think of to fix this problem on our end but it just isn't getting fixed. We have been forced to use an old version of zoom. However we still have a crashing and lagging problem. I have done everything and googled and put zoom to high performance changed the camera settings. Reinstalled the app everything you can think of. What can I do to fix the problem and help my coworkers?

I've been getting reports lately on and off about what users set as their "Set Status Message" isn't updating automatically for other users in the Contacts list. 

For example, a user will set their status to "at lunch" and Away.  When they come back, they change to Available and clear the "at lunch" message.  Other users see that user as 'Available' in their icon, but the "at lunch" text stays under their name until their name is clicked on in the Contacts list, then it updates.

These users are in groups set up by the Zoom admin, and are listed by said groups in the Contacts tab in the Zoom app.

This has been happening with various versions around 5.13.x for a couple weeks, on Windows 10 22H2.  Some users in the office, others WFH.

Whenever I press the Livestream to Facebook button it takes me to a page with the button "Connect to Facebook".  When I press the button it flashes and comes back the same and does nothing.  I am already logged into Facebook on another page, and I tried other browsers and tried logging out of FB first too.  I cannot get past this.    I am an Admin for the FB group. I've got a Zoom Pro account and I have Windows 10 on a PC.

I've got all of the meetings that I host listed in my Zoom Calendar.

I'm part of a recurring weekly Tuesday 9pm meeting but it's hosted by someone else.  I can't find out how to add it to my Zoom Calendar.  I keep having to go find the original email from when the meetings started and it's taking longer and longer each week to dig back through my email to find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello - I've been assigned a delegate (aka schedule privileged)  to schedule meetings on behalf of many folks in the past. Just joined a new company and establishing this again but received complaints that the folks I'm scheduling for now get emails when I schedule meetings on their behalf. Is this a new "feature" and how can we turn it off? Adding to useless emails is not what we are looking to accomplish. Thanks -amy

Aack.  When we set up meetings in Zoom, we use the correct time zone. But since daylight savings started, the automatic calendar notice that comes with the Zoom confirmation is now showing an INCORRECT time, i.e., pre-daylight savings time. 

The attached visual shows the incorrect time (1 - 2 pm) in the blue circle, and the correct time (12:00 - 1 pm) underlined in the text below that.

This caused problems at our last meeting event, a seminar. People were logging into it at the INCORRECT time shown on the calendar notice that they saved, only to find that the meeting was already over.

How can this be fixed?
