I am often unable to find the unmute button to speak during someone else's screen share. For every single meeting, I need to take notes on one screen while watching a screen share on the other. The mute functionality is only available on Zoom's video window, which is *never* on top because we *never* use video. Please provide a way to unmute in this situation.

I would like to setup a recurring meeting where I as the host will not be present, but would like a couple of meeting participants to claim host capabilities. I cannot add these participants as "alternative hosts" in the meeting setup because they do not have a Zoom license. Is there a way to setup a generic meeting where the first person to join the meeting becomes the host or co-host?

I do a syndicated radio program with a cohost who joins the Zoom meeting. So there are just the two of us doing the show. The webmaster has setup our website to video stream the show. When it is just us two in the zoom meeting, both cameras are on, so you can see each of us talking without the Zoom app shutting off any cameras. But when I type in the Meeting number at the website and start the zoom meeting that way, it starts that issue of showing only the person that is speaking. Is there anyway to keep both cameras on (just 2) when doing the show, and streaming that to the website?
When we start the Stream we have to enter the Zoom meeting number at the website. However when we start the show and I'm talking, it only shows me, and turns off my co-host's camera. And then when he talks, it cuts off my camera. Funny thing is, is when I invite him to the meeting, and we do the show, both cameras stay on, and we can see it other when we both talk. That's what I want to stream to the site. Both him and I talking, doing the show.

I granted scheduling privilege's to another user within my organization they show up in the "I can schedule for" section I can see my name in the "Assign scheduling privilege's to" section When i go to schedule a meeting for another user after creating an event in outlook using the zoom add-in - the only person that shows up is a different email address (this is someone I did have permissions to schedule for - but they were removed from the "I can schedule for" section) I tried uninstalling the add-in for outlook and reinstalling, removing and re-adding the schedule privilege. I don't know if there is some sort of zoom cache i need to clear or what for these changes to get reflected? It has been a couple days since these changes were made - I'm not sure if they just take a little bit to propagate?

Hello! Please tell me. If I enable the co-host feature, can I designate a person as a co-host with a basic version of the account?
This is probably a silly question. I’m in EST (Massachusetts) and I will be hosting a meeting when I am out of this time zone. Do I create the meeting using the time zone I will be in on that day? Every time I switch it to a time zone that I will be in when the meeting starts it reverts back to EST

I own the Zoom account with 2 users. I am the main user and I have scheduled a meeting that the second separate user in the account will be hosting (it is a recurring meeting - we each take turns to host every other week).
How can I give the second user 'access' to this meeting so that I can concurrently host a separate meeting in my Personal Mtg Room?
Thank you.

I can't seem to schedule a recurring meeting. When I check the box for it, no options are offering for the recurrence pattern, as the instructions say should happen--I just get a message saying to check recurrence or repeat in my calendar invitation. If I go ahead, the meeting is scheduled for only one time. Help? I'd like to stop having to send a new link each week, but I must be missing something.

Help please: I have an avatar that will display if I start the meeting and am the host. It will show up when I turn the video off and disappear if I turn the video screen on. This is what I want to happen. That same avatar will not display if I join a zoom meeting where I am merely a member of the class. I do not act as host. If I turn the video off, only the traditional black square appears. I want a zoom black square containing a picture of the avatar whenever I turn off the video. Other people attending this zoom meeting have avatars. Therefore, I doubt that the host's settings prevent an avatar from being used. I have an Apple operating system 12.6.3 + zoom operating system 5.13.7 Can anyone educate my ignorance?
