i've created a meeting and added a domain mail id as attendee (***********) but the attendee haven't received the invitation mail yet.  FYI there's no restriction in that domain mail ID to receive any mails

but in the same meeting , i've added *********** - normal gmail, in that instantly i got the invitation

When I use "Periodic Meeting", my screen says: You must select the time of the periodic meeting, the end date, and so on. But I need to hold a meeting at any time. How do I set "Hold a meeting at any time"?

When I used it some time ago, I was able to set "hold a meeting at any time", but recently I can't do so.

There is such a thing. There is a conference hall where sound equipment is used. It works flawlessly, there is an amplifier and a mixer connected to it, and 4 microphones and speakers can be adjusted with the mixer. In the conference itself, the sound is good, but when trying to broadcast the sound via zoom, people hear weakly when listening via zoom. People listen to the program on tablets/phones. You only hear the microphones weakly, but when you broadcast sound from the computer, for example - a YouTube clip or something, you hear well.

When you connect via Zoom and talk directly through your tablet/phone/laptop - you can hear well if you talk directly through Zoom, not from the conference room. But if everyone in the conference room can't hear well. And this is not only for us, but also for other colleagues. Maybe it has something to do with sound and HZ?

Same problem with zoom everywhere.

When I host a meeting with breakout rooms and when I hop from one room to another, I get the motivation 'host muted everyone'. That means that every time I switch rooms, all the students need to turn on their mic again. How can I prevent this?

I have a scheduled meeting that I need to join every week. However, no one can hear me when I speak. Before joining the scheduled call, I entered another meeting room/link where the microphone works perfectly. Additionally, when I entered the scheduled meeting, I would select the "test microphone and speaker" option beforehand. I can hear myself, and it works perfectly fine during the test. I have also performed the microphone test in the settings.

I don't believe my headphone microphone is the issue, as it works in other applications. I have tried different headphone microphones, and all of them have the same issue too.

Is it possible that the host has disabled my ability to speak in the meeting? Are there any solutions to resolve this issue?
