Hello,

When trying to connect with another user on Zoom, he isn't able to connect  with me even though I've given him the videolink passcode.  We are trying to connect our video on Zoom and our audio on another teaching based online platform. 

Any thought as to why he isn't able to connect even though I've given him my passcode?  Thank you in advance for all your suggestions and solutions!   

Zoom was working perfectly last night and then this morning I received the following message:

"The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio."

This is how I run my business. I have meetings today that I cannot miss. Can anyone please help me?

All of my permissions are set correctly and I've tested the mic and speakers. Triple verified. All zoom updates have been downloaded and my Mac IOS is fully updated. I've restarted. I've submitted a ticket. I am not eligible for a live interaction apparently.

Just a suggestion I'm hoping others might also like. I often use different display names, depending on if I'm working with students or colleagues, etc. I would love to PRESET MY DISPLAY NAME (especially for recurring meetings) so I didn't have to change it so often.

Seems like something that would be easy to add to the meeting scheduling settings.

Hi! I am having trouble finding the answer to this. 

I have two scheduled meetings at the same time in our corporate account #1. I have set up corporate account #2 as a co-host for one of the meetings. I started the meeting from corporate account #2 and it disconnects me when the corporate account #1 is being used. 

We used to be able to have two scheduled meetings set up in the #1 zoom account, but "run" the meeting from a secondary account. Is this not possible any longer? Thank you!

Suddenly having problems when pasting hyperlinks into chat (it seemed to be fine before today), when I paste a hyperlink containing hyphens the first one is stripped out and the remainder of the link is pasted onto another line and the hyperlink is broken e.g.

https://www/exa-mple. co.uk/productpage/new-s-pack

is split into 2 like this:

https://www/example.

co.uk/productpage/new-s-pack

with only the top line acting as a link, which obviously won't find the website.

I am at my wits end.  I teach Fitness classes on zoom,  I use the Scarlett Focusrite 2i2 3rd Gen USB Audio Interface to connect my music and headset to zoom.  I have been doing this since 2020 with amazing sound.  Since November - the music started to go in and out on zoom - but it sounds AMAZING in my studio.  I use Sonos speakers in the studio - and what the class on zoom hears was the same as what the students hear.   But suddenly it sounded like garbage on zoom. It will go in and out - and when I start moving, the music completely will go out and you can only hear my microphone.  But NOTHING CHANGED.  So I thought maybe the USB cable needed replacing.  That changed nothing.  I used A brand new laptop.  Nothing.  I replaced The Focusrite and the cables connecting it.  NOTHING.  What else could it be?  My settings are correct in zoom.  I have lost subscribers to my classes because they can’t follow me without music because I teach SPINNING and Spin Circuit and you need to hear the music.  It just doesn’t make sense.  Can anyone suggest ANYTHING?

I have a basic account. I am in a group with regular meetings several times a week. Today it just didn't work but I asked others and it worked for them. I have tried to;

* restart the phone

*log out and in again several times

*uninstall and reinstall zoom

*created a new account

*logged in via a friends account

Nothing of the above works! 

I host meetings in this group via that friends account and then I join the other meetings via my own account. It has always worked before. Since March!

I just get this message when I press the link. See attached screenshot. 

What can I do?
