Had issues with the above at our meeting today, and we had to cancel. There were 7 members on zoom but we were all experiencing feedback, and delayed spoken audio. There was also intermittent sounds in the background that were none of the participants (like a game sound). We had to cancel meeting as were unable to proceed. This occurred on 7/16/23 at approx 6:30 pm (Pacific Time). Could this have been a Zoom issue?

A colleague made me an admin once for a meeting, and now every time I sign on, her name pops us as my screen name. I've changed my profile settings, but it still thinks I'm her. I know I can change my name each time I'm in a meeting, but how do I re-set so that my computer recognizes me as me?

I used to be able to enter my meeting room and see a notification that my guest were in the waiting room whenever they arrived, then allow them to enter. Now if I begin my meeting before anyone is waiting (host>>top right nav of this page) my guests see a message to the effect that I'm already in a meeting. I don't know they are waiting and can't admit them. I googled this and it has something to do with a "quick start meeting" doesn't put me in the "same room" as my guests who I sent an invitation to ...but I can't figure out how to start my meeting in some other manner that doesn't cause this to happen. If I get an email announcing someone in my waiting room, I can click on that, and I end up in the "right room" and able to admit them. But the problem with waiting for them to arrive is that if email is delayed, I'm starting the meeting late, and they are wondering what happened. I would really appreciate someone's assistance with this! Thank you!! ❤️

quiero organizar reuniones de unas 50-60 personas, pero no quiero que los asistentes sepan cuantos usuarios hay conectados
gracias
Hi all, this seems like a recent change, and I'm wondering if anyone else is noticing it. After someone clicks the red leave button in one of my Zoom meetings, they are seeing Zoom's sign-in screen if they are not logged in. They don't need to sign in, because the meeting has ended. Is anyone else seeing this behavior for their Zoom meetings? Does anyone know how to prevent this this from popping up each time after a meeting is over? Thank you!

I was told by someone in a meeting today that Zoom has a new algorithm that automatically mutes people after amount of time. I find this hard to believe. Anyone know anything about this?
For the last month Zoom has been faulty. I can't start scheduled meetings from the website by clicking on the "iniciar" button as I used to (now I have to do it from the App), my screen turns green, my screen freezes, I get bars across my face... Everyime such things happen, stopping the video and starting it again solves it for a while, but then it happens again. I have constant meetings and lessons and use zoom daily with groups, so all these faults are really affecting my work. On top of that, I've just received a notification that zoom is raising its prices, which seemes like a joke when what I was considering is actually asking for some kind of compensation for all the problems I'm having. I've been trying to raise a complaint, but all I could find was a chat answered by a bot. I'd appreaciate any help with reaching assistance. Thank you very much for your help

It's been a few months since I've had to schedule a recurring meeting. Previously, I was able to schedule a recurring meeting with no fixed time from my desktop, not the web portal. I learned today that has changed. I definitely prefer the desktop option. Does anyone know if the no fixed time option will be re-introduced there?
