When signed into a zoom meeting I can hear and see the host and they can see me ,however they cannot hear me. How do I fix that?

So I can only use google and team, and I can't buy any zoom plan coz it doesn't work with my speaker. I'm using Acer Swift5 laptop, high end, this problem occured 6 months after I bought this laptop. I've removed and reinstalled Zoom many times. I've also removed my audio software and reinstalled. I just can't hear anything on my speaker when using Zoom. Can anyone help?

Has anyone here experienced the error of breakout rooms fucntion?
Here is my story
I already set my breakout to the "flexible one" (anyone can join, anyone can go to main room anytime, anyone can choose, no time limit etc). The breakout room start but suddenly the breakout room function went error.
1. The participants who left and rejoin the meeting can't join the breakout rooms.
2. Host and Co Host can't assign.
3. Close all rooms fucntion didn't work.
So I had to end the meeting and start over again.
Before it happens, my co worker sign in to the account that I used to make a meeting schedule.
Any clue?

Cuando quiero usar Zoom para hablar en una reunión, el micrófono y la cámara están desactivados. Acciono la opción que me manda para Configuración de sistema/Privacidad y Seguridad, voy a Micrófono o Cámara, pero no me figura en ninguna de las dos la posibilidad de darle acceso a Zoom para habilitarlo. Por otro lado, me funcionó el Zoom en el Safari (micrófono/cámara), pero no me dejó ver la pantalla que me estaban compartiendo.

I have a colleague who has an issue joining audio. Instead of this: She gets this: There isn't a switch between Telephone and Computer audio, and there's no error messages about her Mic or Speakers not being available. On that note, her hardware looks all fine - she has a Jabra headset, so two sets of microphones (with the laptop mic) and two sets of speakers, and they all appear in Zoom settings. Things we've tried: Has anyone seen anything like this, or has an idea what might be causing this? Thank you for any assistance! Regards,

I recorded two zoom meetings (6hours & 3 hours) on my desktop. Both of the video seemed being recorded smoothly, but when I opened the mp4 video, both of them don't show the screen. I can hear the voice, but I cannot see anything. The screen is all black. Is there anyone who knows the reason and how to fix this? Thank you.
