Hi Team,

 

 We have set to slow  track channel  to receive the auto-update client option and we have got the auto-update only to 5.11.1 (6602) - Minor Release but the recent release is  July 18, 2022 version 5.11.3 (7123) - Major Release

 

Any reasons why this has not been updated until the latest release.

 

Also, need clarity on what needs to be done from the user end to get auto update applied on the zoom client in the user device

 

1) log in logout zoom ?

2) reboot the system ?

 

Is there any setting in zoom admin portal to enable this ?

Hello everyone,

 

I have a rather specific question about Zoom's video formatting.

When I meet with my team on other video platforms we turn our laptops on their sides so we can see more of eachother and make it feel lik we are sitting in a circle.

We tried this on zoom this morning and the results were very interesting.

When we turned our screens on their sides for some people I was the right way up and for others I was upside down.

We all made sure we turned our laptops the same way but that did not change anything.


Does anyone know how to fix this?

Minimizing after screen sharing - how to stop?

Recently, after someone stops screen sharing, the zoom window automatically minimizes even though it was full screen beforehand. How can I stop this from happening?

I've got a processor that seems to meet the requirements for the Virtual Background feature, but the option is not made available in Zoom.

 

The processor is the Intel N100. It is the 12th generation Intel successor to the Pentium / Celeron line, and it includes Intel UHD graphics.

 

Is this processor missing some necessary features? Or is Zoom maybe using a whitelist for the feature and it's not included the new names for the Pentium and Celeron chips?

Any ideas as to why my internal mic has stopped working with Zoom? Works fine with other apps.

Downloaded Microphone Array, the only available mic for HP.  Originally had Realtek mic but suddenly just stopped working.  Mic Array works with other apps.

request data invalid

Everytime I try and click the link to access zoom through my schools website (Canvas) tech-connect it takes me to a page stating that the request data is invalid (2507). I am using an ipad.
