When a participant is spotlighted, there is no video.
I've been having an issue seeing spotlighted participants. I can see everyone else, but the spotlighted square goes black. Has anyone had this issue?

Hi there, This happens 9/10 times but not every time! When I share my meeting room ID, I will enter my room a minute or two before we start so I am ready. I sit there waiting and no one joins. Then I get an email saying 'people are in your room' - I then rejoin the meeting, or re-start the meeting and hey presto there they all are but I couldn't see them. This happens if I am STARTING the meeting, or joining my own meeting by entering the room number. Super frustrating as makes me late to my own meetings. Thank you kindly

Wasn't exactly sure how to title this, but here's my issue.
When opening zoom on the browser and click start meeting from there, then Launch meeting - the zoom desktop app launches BUT the meeting itself doesn't. It just brings me to the front page of the zoom desktop app. I've tried reinstalling zoom and clearing cache - there was even a point where zoom asked me to download it every time - with no results.
EDIT: Forgot to add - Yes, I can open the meeting through the app itself. But I do need zoom meets to start from the browser into the app as my job uses 3 different accounts for it (the permissions and subscription stuff are on these accounts)

An organization I'm in wants to have hybrid meetings that will allow some members to attend in person and others to attend via Zoom. We want to have a cordless microphone we can pass around to the in-person participants so their comments can be easily heard by the Zoom attendees. We need a microphone that costs less than $100 and can connect easily with a PC and a Mac. The results of our Internet searches have been insufficient and unsatisfactory. We'd appreciate having recommendations. Thank you.

Hi! I can log in to my PC app, but a second after I get logged out with the pop-up message saying that my session has ended and I need to log in again. This didn't start to happen until after I changed my password, because I tried to open zoom on my android tablet, which didn't work either. The mobile app didn't even want to open the window to join a meeting or sign me in on the tablet. Recently, joining a meeting on the PC app without signing in often results in camera not turning on and only shows a spinning wheel. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times on both my laptop and tablet.

My colleague hosted a meeting but I clicked "record" -- neither of us can find the recording. Is there anything we can do? Thank you!
Hi all, Every time I try to open my Zoom Desktop Client 5.15.0 (19644) for MacOS Sierra 10.12.3 ; MacBook Air 2015 , it crashes and shows me an error message that says "Zoom quit unexpectedly" (see attached image). The error message immediately freezes and then disappears, followed by another window with a "problem report for zoom.us". If I click "Reopen" it just repeats the whole cycle. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop client on my device, and I've tried restarting the device, but none of that seems to work. Other posts suggested that I go back to an older version of Zoom, but I can't figure out how to do that from the Zoom Download Center. Please help, thank you!

I'm running Windows 11 on a Dell XPS full feature laptop. In the Zoom app, my record button is missing. I have gone into my Account Management then Account Settings, then I went to the Recording tab. Under the Recording section, I confirmed that the Local Recording toggle is set to enable and so is Cloud Recording. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, downloaded from the Microsoft store. I have searched the knowledge base and community but no joy. Any ideas?

I dont know if this is the right place to post this, please help. I was given/shared access to a different zoom account than my own, and for some reason I am getting every email notification for when that account has someone join a meeting. They have apparently removed my email from their account but I still am getting emails every time they use it and its cluttering my inbox, and I don't want to block zoom from my inbox. I may have to block a key word so I dont lose all zoom emails. I would really appreciate some help on this!!

I was able to almost all of the meetings thru my zoom account app. In one of my zoom meeting invite when I try to join I am having the below error on my iphone: error: app_not_configured_for_user tried to clear the web data and chace but still no luck, any help on how to resolve the error
