When you have 'dual monitors' activated, you have the option 'pin to first screen'. it would also be lovely to have 'pin to second screen'.

System will not let me update Zoom. Error Code 10004. I can enter a meeting via browser, but then message that browser won't allow access to Share Screen.
I'm so confused. I know I've integrated my O365 calendar before and when I'm trying to do it again, I'm in an endless loop of approval. How do I find and accept, as the admin, these requests?? Azure? Zoom? I am the company O365 admin as well. Is there a Zoom setting I can turn off so that people can just sync and sign in? Does SSO have anything to do with not being able to sync? Any help would be appreciated

I stream a church worship service to a Zoom audience. To improve overall sound quality, we have a Sennheiser MKE 400 directional mic. We use a MacBook Pro to launch the meeting from our account, and we also use an external webcam that can pan and zoom in 4K. We have had connectivity issues with the MKE, so we use wireless RODE GO II lapel mics that work great, but we are limited to two, so we are hoping to get the MKE mic working. We have not been able to get audio, so I'm sure it is the manner in which we have it set up. Does anyone have success with using an external wired mic for meetings?

Hi--I'm using Zoom version 5.15.7 on a Windows 10 PC in Chrome. Whenever a meeting attendee who is driving or traveling speaks, I either cannot hear the person at all or the audio is extremely choppy. This isn't the case for others on the call, who can always hear the traveling participant just fine! This happens CONSISTENTLY. What in the world...? Help??

Hello. Since last week, my video freezes whenever I move my video window to second(or third) monitor. This includes all the videos of main zoom window, small pop up video when screen sharing and even the monitoring video of options panel. It doesn't move again until the meeting is closed and new meeting is started. I asked my clients whether they can see my video properly and they answered yes. So it's only my screen that freezes. Also audio works perfectly fine. My 'using dual montior' option is not working at all, showing only my name without any video on, so I guess the problem might be around the same issue. I tried uninstall and reinstalling zoom, checking all the advance options off and updating to newest versions. nothing worked. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

I hosted a 4 person Zoom Call Counting myself. One of the attendees had their phone in vertical mode and not horizontal while on air. Their screen didn’t fill up the block because of this. Is there any way to adjust their block to fill it up with their recording?

I have PRO Zoom, and have read the articles here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/211579443-Scheduling-and-customizing-a-meeting-with-registration#h_01EDCWZNM0R30ERQ1C8MEXWWJ8 Yet - there is no "Question" tab at all, at the top. Please see screenshot attached. Am I missing something? Is this no longer available? Thanks!

Hi there, We have a Zoom pro account with 2 licenses. I want to set up a meeting with 2 other people. One is on a free plan. Other will just login to meet. I'd like to know if there is any way for them to start the meeting without me. The meeting is 60 minutes and so they can't schedule it on their free plan. Any solution? Appreciate any help.
