Can someone help me? I have been charged £144.99 for inadvertently subscribing to a zoom pro option. I only need the basic 30 minute free one, but took out a trial option because on one occasion I needed 50 minutes on zoom. The renewal date is set for today 31/08/2023. I have cancelled the subscription but I cannot afford the £144.99 which is the pending debit in my account. Can this be refunded? I cannot seem to contact anyone by phone to help

Our company uses Zoom for meetings, and we're establishing our Disaster Recovery plan. We want to figure out if our company's software is being hosted in the same location as our Zoom meetings--if it is, we'd want to figure out another way to get everyone together during a disaster.

Does Zoom host meetings on Azure in Virginia (USA)?

I am trying to get past meeting participants using the below API

but I am getting the below response {

Hello,

I want to share my recorded videos with other people. I have noticed that I can download 2 files (3 if there is a chat included during the recording). One is an audio only file, the other one is the video, to which I am interested for sharing. The problem is that this video  640x360 pixels big (MP4, 207 MB), but this could be too small for big screen, isnt'it?

How can I dowload bigger videos to share?

If I start a zoom meeting recording to the cloud and then make someone else the co-host, i understand the meeting recording will continue. But if i then leave the meeting, will the recording still continue and be uploaded to my cloud account after its finished? or will it stop when i leave?
