I am scheduling a meeting for the first time. It asks for a Meeting ID: Generate Automatically or Personal Meeting. which do I use? There will only be two of us and it is likely we will only use it once. thanks
For the past few monthly meetings of a certain local group, those of us Zooming in from home to a hybrid meeting have found there is a large black with white icon/avatar in the bottom left-hand corner of our screens during a presentation when the host is sharing a screen. The box covers up part of the screen (the part below "Permafrost" in my attachment. We all have tried to get rid of it or move it out of the way, but it stays there, covering up part of the screen. At the in-person meeting, no one sees this avatar, only those zooming in from home. I have searched support using terms such as "avatar" and "icon" and "black box" and "left-hand corner of screen" and I don't see anything. Anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it? Thanks!

Hello! I just recently got a zoom account and can't figure out to add call in numbers to the invites. Right now, the only option for participants to join is via a weblink. Does anyone know how I can change this is settings so all invites include call in numbers for participants?

Most of our users work through the desktop client exclusively. Because of this, we have found a feature that is only available through web portal and not the desktop client. This is the ability to transfer a meeting to a new host in the "Schedule for" section. When they initially set up the meeting, they can select a host. But if and when they need to edit parameters, they can edit everything except who the meeting is for. Is there any reason for this? Can it be added to the desktop client? Not a huge deal, just curious. Thank you!
