Hello! Our company has not yet integrated Exchange with Zoom. However, we follow these steps to sync Zoom Meetings with the app: More > Meetings > Synced Calendars.

The issue we are facing is that most meetings appear, but some do not. For example, I have a recurring meeting every day at 9 AM, but it only appears on certain days. I am not the host, and my colleagues are also experiencing the same problem with this meeting and some others. Additionally, invitations from clients outside the company do not appear at all.

We would like to use this feature to connect to nearby Zoom Rooms, but it seems to be unreliable.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

  • Using Zoom Client 5.15.2 (8833)
  • Updated to the latest iOS version
  • Logged out of the app and logged back in
  • Disable/re-enabled Sync
  • Tried both Wi-Fi and 5G networks
  • Encountered the same issue on both my iPad and iPhone, as well as on other colleagues' devices

Does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this issue?

Hey Im Laxmi from Manilaxmi Overseas working in the department of Pipe Fittings Manufacturer. I am writing to express my frustration with the persistent audio echo and feedback issues I have been encountering during Zoom meetings. Despite my efforts to adjust microphone and speaker settings, the echoing sound continues to disrupt conversations, making it challenging to participate effectively. The feedback loop not only creates a distracting environment but also hampers clear communication, negatively impacting the overall meeting experience. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this problem, as it greatly affects the productivity and engagement of all participants.

I Recently bought a new PC, and set up zoom. For teaching i open up the share screen option from my pc zoom and connect to my ipad through the suggested option (screen mirroring).
It worked perfectly fine until yesterday. now when i attempt to get in to the screen mirroring its either showing an "Unable to connect to "zoom-user"" msg on my ipad, or it does connect but freezes in a few second and then quit the share. nothing changed with my pc or network in these couple of days. i checked again that everything is updated.
my pc is running win 11
my ipad is on 16.5.1
my pc is connected to ethernet via a cable and i connect my ipad to the same network via wifi

i tried playing with the advanced settings on zoom, i tried resetting my network and all devices and i tried re-installing zoom after using CleanZoom.

I recently changed from Office 365 Home to Office 365 Small Business.  I have scheduled meetings already set in Zoom and am trying to get them to sync with my outlook calendar.  I have the add-in loaded and enabled on both the desktop and the 365 web version but existing zoom meetings are not loading to my calendar.  Any ideas??

Dear Friends, 


I am running Zoom version 5.14.10 on a Mac that runs on MacOS version 13.4.1.  For several years, I have been the host for a meeting that I scheduled to run every Wednesday night at 8:00.  Zoom has now, apparently, erased that meeting from my schedule.  Even worse, when I tried to set up a new weekly meeting in its place, Zoom would not allow that, either.  I created the new meeting, scheduled the time, told Zoom to use my personal meeting ID, and told Zoom to repeat the meeting every Wednesday.  Zoom already had the "export" option set to iCal, so I left that in place.  When I clicked on Save, my Apple Calendar opened up and showed the meeting.  I clicked OK for that, and went back to Zoom.  Zoom said there were no meetings scheduled.  I tried again to make sure I hadn't entered something incorrectly, and got the same result.  

 

If anyone has seen this and can offer any suggestions, I would love to hear them.
