I can not see the participants while I'm screen sharing or presenting. I couldn't find the meeting control bar on my screen. When I click the "more" with three dots it only shows one option but not the video panel. Please see the screenshot attached. I researched and tried many different ways but still can not find the video panel anywhere on my screen. I really need help. Did anyone have similar problem and could anyone advise? Thank you so much!

Hi, I teach music through my Licensed Zoom account and have Original Audio, High Fidelity Music Mode, Echo Cancellation, Stereo audio all 'on', Automatically Adjust microphone volume 'off' and Suppress Background Noise on 'low' and my students all have the same. I haven't had issues with other students, but just one student's audio cuts out when she's playing her bass guitar. As we've tried all the settings suggested in the troubleshooting pages, and it's not an issue for other students, she tried using a different laptop to check if it was a microphone issue at her end, but the same thing happened on a different laptop. I can hear her voice fine, but shortly after she starts playing bass, the audio cuts out. We've resorted to quietly playing a podcast close to her microphone so that Zoom still thinks there's talking happening so it doesn't cut audio, which somewhat works to preserve the bass audio, but this obviously isn't a long-term solution. This has only started happening in the last two months. Any ideas on what the issue could be? My laptop (works fine with other students) - Windows 10. Zoom Version 5.9.1 (2581) Student laptop 2 (audio cuts bass completely) - Lenovo IdeaPad. Windows 11. Zoom Version 5.9.1 (2581)
Tech specs for context:
Student laptop 1 (audio cuts bass completely) - Dell Latitude 5520. Windows 10. Zoom Version 5.9.3 (3169)
Other student (audio was completely fine) - Mac. Zoom Version 5.5.4 (13130.0228)

Hello all,
I was having a zoom video chat today and i wasn't logged in to my account i was just joined from the browser.
The host gave me the permission to record and i did.
The issue is that i can't find this recording now and i don't know if it is gone or what is going on...
Any help would be much appreciated !

If someone joins a meeting before I, as the host, start the meeting, I receive an email to say that they have joined, as expected. However, when I then start the meeting, either in the app or by clicking the link in the notification email, I can't find a way to admit them to the meeting. As a work around, I've had to contact attendees and ask them to end their session and then rejoin, once I've started the meeting. Am I missing something here?

What can I do to keep participants' names displayed throughout the zoom meeting? They used to remain visible, but now they disappear after a few seconds.

I have to edit a cloud recording by snipping a conversation out. However, I was the co-host of this meeting and do not see the option. Is this doable?
Hi Forum Folke, I have a minor but annoying issue; I can't move participant windows at all. Wherever they pop up, that's where they are for the duration of the meeting (except for when they randomly rearrange themselves for no reason I can determine.) I could do this easily enough in Windows (and in the account I owned), but now I'm running Linux (no more Windows for me...), and the account is owned by a board of directors and members can access it. I run a meeting so I have some higher-level controls that normal participants do not have, but for some reason moving windows around seems to be off the table. It's not my video hardware, because it's the same stuff I was using in Windows... unless it's a driver issue, but I've no problems elsewhere with the display. I'm running a generic Dell Inspiron 17" laptop, and the most recent version of Zoom (whatever that is at the moment.) The OS is Linux Mint 21.1 (Vera.) All system files and drivers are up-to-date (according to Administration and Driver Manager.) I did try opening up "Settings" while logged into the account, and found a setting that was for moving windows, and it *was* off, so I turned it on, logged out of the account, logged back in... and still can't move windows. Really not sure where to go next... any suggestions would be appreciated!
