Hi, I am scheduling zoom meetings for once a month in 2025. The question is? Can I set up the 2025 recurring meetings using the same meeting ID and passcode that I used for 2024 meetings? Or is this a random generated assignment that I have no control over? Thanks

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. I suspect this file might contain speaker video perspectives or other view options. Here is the file list in my recording folder: My questions are: I would appreciate step-by-step guidance or advice on how to retrieve the speaker's video. Thank you!

I'm having some issues with my Zoom App. It started with not syncing select meetings (I use the Zoom plugin for Outlook) for weeks, completely hit or miss what would show up in my Upcoming Meetings tab on the app. Randomly today, 3 meetings that never showed up finally did (yay!- don't know how or why). However, I am unable to edit them from the app. I need to disable auto-recording for this specific upcoming meeting, but have no way of editing the settings. I've attached a screenshot as well. thanks for any ideas anyone has!

Hello, I was in a Zoom meeting earlier today on the Zoom app for iPhone, I was not the host, and I was wondering how to view participants in that past meeting, if I'm even able to?
Is there a way to pre-register for a meeting that creates an email confirming the meeting, but not including join information until a reminder is sent out? I tried using manual approval to see the incoming registrants before they receive their confirmation email - but I'm looking to find a way to send them an acknowledgement of being registered and advising they will receive more information and Joining links etc. 24 hours before the start of the meeting. Is this possible? If yes, how?

Why can't I use my personal meeting ID when scheduling a recurring meeting? Each time I select the "Recurring meeting" checkbox, the Meeting ID radio field disappears and a meeting ID is auto-generated. I don't want that. I want to create a recurring meeting with my personal meeting ID for every meeting. I don't think that's asking too much.

Zoom automatic paused screen sharing when I shared YouTube and made it full screen. And I can not turn it off. But sharing was continue when I restore YouTube. Why?
There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. They do not know what obscure control on that tiny screen will provide access to buried settings like this auto-zooming, and in the limited time we have for our conversations I don't want to spend half of it trying to blindly help my mom hunt through them... which winds up with everyone irritated and my parents feeling like it's their fault. Stop making stupid, anti-customer decisions, Apple.

I meet with clients one to one for coaching over Zoom. Is there a way for them to pay for the session before they enter the Zoom meeting? I have a pro Zoom account. It looks like I could set this up through Zoom events? Is this the best and simplest way?
