Call keep freezing
This past two days I keep getting a message about poor signal quality. Meeting calls keep freezing. I have attached image of stats. What do I need to do? Thanks

I have a Pro account and am wanting to downgrade my account from Pro to Basic.
I initially set up my Zoom account for my non-profit Heartland Renewable Energy Society (HRES). The HRES board has determined to create a Zoom Account directly rather than use my account, and has now done so. I needed to wait until our board meeting on February 3 for a final Zoom account strategy. This was after my annual billing date for my personal Zoom account of 1/23/2022.
So, I need to downgrade my personal account from Pro to Basic. I would like to pay the monthly Pro fee for one month and then go to a Basic plan following that. However, I am locked out of making any changes to my personal account while an accounts payable balance exists. Please let me know how to proceed.

I'd love it if I could reset the timer AFTER I've put people in Breakout Rooms. Sometimes I forget to change it or want to add more time.
I wanted to share an idea for a feature that I believe would enhance the breakout room experience even further. Currently, breakout rooms are set to automatically close after a specified duration, which works well for most situations. However, there are instances where we need to extend the breakout room time beyond the initially planned duration.
My suggestion is to introduce a "Timer Extension Request" feature that would allow hosts to request additional time for breakout rooms when needed. This feature could be integrated into the breakout room control panel or should pop up after choosing "Keep Rooms Opened" option when the timer ends.

We have a video conference room for Webex. But we were told that we could join a Zoom meeting if the person creating the meeting could give us a sip number. How would they find that number to allow us to join?
Why is it that when I schedule a new meeting, the previous participants are receiving the invite when I have deleted their names? Or they are receiving a notice that their previous meeting has been cancelled when I send a notice for a new meeting but not to them? Never had this problem in the past. I use my ZOOM account for four (4) different committees and they are not the same individuals.

Hi members, Not sure if anyone would be able to assist me with this but its worth a shot. I am trying to have a Zoom rooms available to be connected to at anytime. This is not for my personal zoom meetings, It is for a zoom room I have created for my team. I do not see where in a Zoom room you can add a fixed time such as when creating your own meetings. Basically, I want participants to be able to join this room at any time and collaborate.

Users have historically only been able to join an externally hosted Zoom meeting if the host has the CRC license. If the host does not have a CRC license in place and thus a SIP address detail for the meeting how can we join from a meeting room please?
