How do I increase sound quality and block out background noise?
I recently hosted a meeting which reached its maximum capacity of 100 participants (I have Zoom One Pro). After noticing the room was full, I promptly upgraded my plan to accommodate 300 attendees, but this action was taken approximately 30 minutes into the meeting. From my understanding, potential attendees who tried to join during the period of overcapacity would have received a "meeting is at capacity" message. What I would like to know is if there is a way to determine the number of individuals who attempted to join the meeting during that 30-minute window but were unable to due to the cap. This information is crucial for me in order to assess the impact of capacity limits on our meetings and better plan for future events. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on this matter, whether it's a built-in feature I may have overlooked, or if there is a different approach to gather such data.

I am trying to demonstrate some things to my participants using Share Screen, Screen. It was my understanding that when I choose the Screen option, participants could see WHATEVER is on my screen. So, first question: Is that true or false? In particular, I was logged into my Zoom account via my web browser and was showing some of the back office features. But when I then opened the Zoom APP on my desktop, the interface popped up as usual and I could see it, but my participants could not. Wondering if there's a conflict with being logged in via we browser AND being logged in on the app at the same time? Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.

What meetings work as hybrids, what equipment to buy, and how to use it. Mostly for non-profits or small companies with very limited budgets who don't control their own space.
In the attached PDF.
Enjoy!
I'm wondering if I delete videos off the cloud if my clients will still be able to access the video through the link I send them?
I've tried reading up on this but it seems unclear.
I upgraded my iphone to IOS 16.4.1. Now, I can no longer use one touch dialing from my phone for Zoom calls. It dials in and then says "goodbye." Anyone have a solution? Thanks.
So today I was hosting an event, and I had three co-hosts. I was also logged in myself on a spare device in case of tech failure. Just as well, as today my main device did indeed turn off while I was presenting. I switched to my spare device, which had automatically become the host. But all the meeting controls, like breakout rooms, vanished, for all of us on there, host and cohosts. They did not reappear until I logged back into the meeting on the main zoom account, as the original meeting host. We tested this again after the meeting ended, and the same thing happened, no controls, even though the meeting had a host and co-hosts. I have checked all the account settings, I can't see anything there that would explain this. It was incredibly disruptive for the meeting, as breakout rooms are integral, and we ended up having to end the meeting and restart it for all, in order to get the controls back. Has anyone got any idea why this happened, or how to prevent it in future?

Hi, many times when my Host (in Ireland) and myself (US) connect via Zoom, about once every 2 minutes the PC screen freezes and the audio stops for both parties. Freezes for perhaps 20 seconds and then resumes. I have a fast home connection on my computer and so does my host. Any ideas of what might be causing this? Any ideas of what I might find to correct this? I zip around the internet, playing videos and going from website to website and otherwise have no problems. Much thanks!
