A while ago I lost access to my gmail account for reasons unknown to me and I am still trying to fix. It seems to me that it may have been deleted. The problem is that my zoom account was associated with that account and I can't see the emails that are sent to be able to log in and start meetings. What can I do in this case? I tried to change this linked address but as I don't have my google account I can't confirm the change either. Attached is a screenshot showing that I am the owner

I cannot launch the Zoom App on Mac I try to launch the Zoom app (Version: 5.11.6 (9890)) on my Mac and get a message "Your app version must be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. Please update to continue." I select update and everything downloads fine, but errors out with "error 10004" upon attempting to install. Zoom support states the solution to this issue is to launch the Zoom Desktop App and select ZOOM > Uninstall, restart, then reinstall the Zoom.app The issue that I am having is when I attempt to launch the Zoom app, I am back to the error and please update to continue message so I am essentially stuck in a loop at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried the following but it stills shows up as facetime

Since the latest update on 15th Sept I am having problems with audio. I have followed all the trouble shooters. I can hear the audio playback in the test before I enter a meeting, but once I am in a meeting there is no audio and the test fails. Please help!

Teaching Piano online with zoom For the last 2 years has been excellent until now... Problem When students play piano during lesson for my mother who teaches online, audio at a certain threshold cuts out on her side / filtered. softer played notes from what I noticed so far this is a new problem so I'm all over it and monitoring. The problem began last week so I believe ( not 💯) it is an update that has been rolled out across Zoom community on Dec 29,2022 I am currently changing experimenting on my side windows driver sound render raw Original sound for musicians off ( Our machine is a Windows 11 machine I have not applied any driver or Windows updates recently. I have a Nvidia card that has not been modified or updated nothing has been changed on local machine. Also use an external webcam that is not been updated or settings changed Students have a diverse range of devices from ipdads to iphones, Android, chrome books to windows laptops (best sounding so far) with external and internal camera/mic Nothing was changed on our side before this problem came about I don't like to change anything on their side because most piano students are using their parents' device, and most parents are prominent CEOs celebs Etc that use their devices in meetings ( I'm an IT guy and I know for sure their it guys wouldn't be very happy campers if they picked up someone was in there changing things) and certainly don't want to mess with Apple devices. anyone have any ideas, or info and could share that'd be awesome happy New Year everyone! matt

Within the last few weeks the Mute Sync with my Jabra PRO 930 has stopped working on my Macbook. It has been working great for the last several years. Environment: At first I thought it was related to mixing Zoom and Teams meetings. I have had issues in the past when going between the two programs. But after much troubleshooting I am no longer able to get this to work. I've tried several of the recommended solutions in other threads. Some things that I've tried: Best I can tell this is likely related to some recent Zoom updates as I've seen this happen in the past, but it is quite frustrating not being able to use my headset buttons to mute and unmute during a meeting. Especially when I want to walk around my office while on a call (such as getting another cup of coffee).

We are always setting up meetings and are wondering if it's possible to do it via upload into Zoom or via some sort of Zap. We'd need to be able to include a detailed meeting Description. I checked Zapier but couldn't find a way to do it, but am wondering if there are some experts out there who can confirm one way or another whether this can be done.

I use to be able to add a pic to a branding tag on Zoom. It, for some reason isn't allowing me to do this. Is there a reason that it has been taken away? I use meetings to do this, just as recent as yesterday, but now when add a new meeting, add a pic to the branding area, the branding area is no longer there. Help!

I have been using the most recent version of Zoom, specifically version 5.14.5.2430, on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2. However, upon launching the software, I encounter a persistent issue with SELinux Warnings. Surprisingly, this problem persists on AlmaLinux 9.2 as well, which is also a RHEL-based system. It's important to note that this issue does not manifest on Fedora 37 Workstation. No matter whether I install Zoom via Flatpak or the RPM package available on the official Zoom website, I consistently encounter the same warning. After reaching out to Red Hat regarding the SELinux warnings issue on Zoom, they informed me that it is not their responsibility and suggested that I should contact Zoom for further assistance.SELinux is preventing /app/extra/zoom/zoom.real from execmod access on the file /memfd:JIT>
***** Plugin catchall_boolean (89.3 confidence) suggests ******************
If you want to allow selinuxuser to execmod
Then you must tell SELinux about this by enabling the 'selinuxuser_execmod' boolean.
Do
setsebool -P selinuxuser_execmod 1
***** Plugin catchall (11.6 confidence) suggests **************************
If you believe that zoom.real should be allowed execmod access on the memfd:JITCode:QtQml >
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'zoom.real' --raw | audit2allow -M my-zoomreal
# semodule -X 300 -i my-zoomreal.pp
