Just wondering if anyone might help me to solve a minor annoyance ... specifically ...

Is there a way to set "Original Sound for Musicians" to default, so that I don't have to click the 'original sound' button 'on' (which I often forget to do)?

I remember that in an older version, you could automatically turn 'original' sound on by selecting a microphone that you wanted to always use it.  In the last several, most recent versions that functionality seems to have been removed.

Has anyone figured out a way to make using original sound the default?

Hello. I run a live Zoom cast of my church service each week. We have both speaking voices and live music. The speaking voices always come through clearly on the Zoom, but the music is always filtered out somehow. We have tried to change our audio settings to allow the people on the Zoom to hear our music, but nothing has worked. Has anyone had similar issues and found a fix? Thanks! Aaron

I can only do screen share wen no one is connected to my meeting. But when my participant connect to my meeting, I can't screen share. A message pop saying I am restricted from screen sharing when external users are in the meeting. I am on a Windows desktop computer.

I am admin of single user Zoom Pro account which I have purchased. I am logged into my paid Zoom Account. I have enabled the live captioning in my personal paid account. Being remaining logged into my paid Zoom Account, if now when I join any other Zoom meeting whose meeting ID and password are shared by someone else, whether live captioning will be made available to me. The second user have not enabled the live captioning in their account.

How can I find out what changed when Zoom for Windows went from ver. 5.15.10 to ver. 5.15.11?

I spent many hours troubleshooting a strange problem in 5.15.10 that was corrected in 5.15.11.  But the nature of the problem concerns me. 

On the same Windows computer, I was unable to connect to Zoom meetings when the computer was connected by ethernet cable to the router that connects my home LAN to Verizon FIOS.  At the same time, the PC could connect to Zoom meetings when the same computer connected to the router by wifi.  I've never seen an issue like that before.  I am curious what the Zoom ver. 5.15.10 was trying to do such that it behaved differently based only on the network adapter relaying its packets. After working on the problem for several days, my university escalated the issue to Zoom.  The only help I got came a few days later telling me to update to ver. 5.15.11 with no further explanation.  The Zoom release notes say only "minor bug fixes" were made in ver. 5.15.11.

I want to know how do I, as an account member, but NOT the account owner, set up zoom meetings in an Outlook calendar with the Account Owner's meeting ID.

I am the scheduler for a Financial Advisor. He added me to his personal zoom account with administrative privilege's, but I don't seem to be able to create a new Outlook meeting for him with HIS zoom PMI. It always defaults to mine and then he cannot change the calendar meeting later if he needs to.

Can anyone chime in on this and help a gal out? I'd be so grateful!
