Dear readers

What are the best settings if I want to create recurring zoom meetings / links for the following:

1. a recurring zoom link that I can add to my calendar online where people book me for a 1-1

2. a recurring zoom link for my webinars. Always the same link for all my free webinars

So for 95% of my meetings I will only have to use 2 links: 1 for my 1-1 meetings and 1 for my free webinars

I have mixed oround with the setting, but now I have unintendedly a DAILY webinar via zoom starting. I don't want to have a daily zoom meeting. I just want to have a recurring link at hand. Tech is obviously not my upside...

Any advise?

The Zoom App on my iPad is now prompting with the message "Your calendar service is disconnected. Tap to configure". I have a large number of scheduled/recurring meetings in my online Zoom account, but now when I sign in on my iPad which I use for Zoom meetings, there are no meetings. It keeps prompting me to sign into my Google account and then warns that Zoom permissions can permanently delete contacts, calendar items and more. 

Why when I sign in on my iPad are all my meetings gone and it now is prompting me in the endless circle of Google authentication in a web browser?

Hello. yesterday in march 31 2023 I had a meeting via zoom and I recorded the meeting. but after the meeting ended I converted my recordings and after finishing the video that I converted was broken and the sound didn't appear and the duration of the video was only half the meeting even though I recorded the meeting until the end.

in my computer folder appears the file xcode_error with contents 11:06:21:213 : [Z1843]:0,622,0,622

Hi All,

Got a client that is continuing to get red flashes on the screen during zoom meetings. It doesn’t appear to happen when using the zoom app but it does happen when using the web browser. I don’t seem to be able to find many hardware settings to mess with on MAC to troubleshoot. Anyone have any thoughts why there might be red flashes using the browser on MAC?

I use a Tibet singing bowl regularly and used original sound, which worked very well for years until about a month ago. I have applied two updates in the last month and my client is on the currently recommended version.

This week I was on three Zoom sessions when I tried to use my singing bell WITH original sound on. The participants could barely hear it at all, or only an initial sound but not the continued ringing of the bell.

I tried original sound ON using both my AirPods and iMac speakers and the bell was not being heard correctly. I have read all the available audio settings descriptions and support articles. Any suggestions?

When in a meeting and screen sharing, the text annotations are not showing to participants whilst the host is writing only when the writing is finished and you click away from the text box.. It was working up until a day or so ago and suddenly changed. I have run the update and turned on annotation in the account settings but it doesn't seem to show unless I click away from the text which makes collaborative writing tricky. Although, the 'draw' annotations show up,  the 'text' annotations don't. Would appreciate some support/quick fix please?
