Have a new Dell laptop. Updated to new Zoom version and now I'm getting message that zoom is failing to detect speaker.  I am not that tech savy and tried unstalling and reinstall with same issue. During last meeting I had to connect audio to my phone but there was a lot of feedback. This is a weekly meeting that I have used zoom since 2020 before encountering this problem.

I need Help!!! Please!!

I would switch speakers and would be able to hear participants again for 5 - 10 seconds before losing the audio again. If I keep switching speakers, I can continue to hear participants, but when I stop switching, I lose audio.  I tried the troubleshooting options with no success.  I have been using Zoom everyday for the last 6 months on this computer with no problems.

Hello everyone.

Two years ago, i recorded some meetings on cloud.

I've not used premium Zoom for a while.

I don't know if my old records still on cloud because of i'm a free user now.

And there isn't any data on "cloud records" section.

Is that possible if i buy a new premium account, can the records become visable?

Thanks...

I use zoom to teach distance learning classes. Today, one of my students somehow displayed as a host in two separate classes. I did not invite them. I checked by their name and it was still showing as an option for me to click add as host. How can this be possible?

How do I stop it?

This student was being disruptive with these privileges and had to be removed.

During my last registration-required meeting, several registrants entered the meeting room under my (host's) name. It was very confusing! I am about to send out an invite to a new meeting and when I double-check the link that Zoom has generated for registration, it has already autofilled a previous meeting attendee's info!

What's going on?! How can I fix this?

I have multple users in our company that have their own personal zoom account and I want to give a few of them permission to schedule meetings on my behalf.  I cannot give them permissions in settings becauser they aren't on a combined paid account with me.   I don't want to merge or pay for their accounts and I am not giving out my information to people.
Is there a way to add them as approved to schedule without me having to add them onto my account?  What is the best method to do this?
