Does anyone know how to retrieve a chat conversation from a zoom meeting earlier today?
Hi Zoom Community, I’ve been facing an issue during Zoom meetings where my audio intermittently cuts out, making it difficult to communicate. It happens randomly, whether I’m speaking or listening, and doesn’t seem to be tied to my internet connection as my video remains stable. I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting Zoom, checking my microphone settings, and updating the app, but the problem continues. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? I’d appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

Hi, I Always stuck during navigation between rooms and main session for 2-3 mins. I'm in the meeting is in guest session, I have fast internet. Can somebody help?
I recently started using Zoom for my video calls. I have Zoom integrated with Zoho CRM and create the meeting from the CRM. I have SPF and DKIM set for Zoho but the meeting invites are going into SPAM folders. I was previously using Zoho Meeting and never had an issue with meeting invites going into SPAM. Do I need to do a DNS verification for Zoom?

I am using Firefox. When I used to click on a Zoom link, I would get a dialog box that looked like this: ------------------------------------ Allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open the zoomus link with zoom.us? Choose a different application. [] Always allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open zoomus links [Cancel] [Open Link] ------------------------------------ However, I made the mistake of choosing "Choose a different application" and picking Firefox, which did not work at all. Now, I get the following dialog box: ------------------------------------ Allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open the zoomus link with zoom.us? You'll need to choose an application. [] Always allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open zoomus links [Cancel] [Choose Application] ------------------------------------ When I click on "Choose Application", it shows me Firefox and zoomus. I don't want the Firefox option there anymore. How do I get back to the original dialog box? I have tried clearing all my browser data, which did not fix it.

Hello, We're currently experiencing difficulties with Zoom Workplace integration in our MS Teams rooms. While we can and often do use Zoom successfully for certain meetings, there are specific scenarios where we're unable to configure or join Zoom meetings properly. Below is an overview of our setup: Dell Optiplex 7000 PC Poly GC8 tablet Poly Studio audio and video system "Third-party meetings (Zoom)" enabled in Microsoft Teams Rooms settings Here are the scenarios where we encounter issues: The Zoom meeting has "Registration Required" enabled Opening the meeting link Entering the meeting ID and password directly on the tablet launches a browser (Chrome or Edge) displaying the registration page After entering the required information, we receive the following error message: We download the ics file from the scheduled Zoom meeting and open it in the Outlook application We add the corresponding meeting room in the Location field without modifying the body of the event The meeting appears correctly on the room tablet with the Join button However, when trying to join the meeting, the same registration page opens (in Chrome or Edge), and we again receive the error: Understand why our meeting room email addresses might be blocked or unable to complete Zoom registration Receive guidance on how to properly join Zoom meetings that require registration, from Microsoft Teams Rooms Thank you in advance for your support. My video is not working on the zoom application, I am on a lenovo yoga running windows 11 with the latest zoom workplace application downloaded. My windows 11 os is up to date and my drivers are up to date. The Zoom application does have access to video in my privacy selection. My camera is working, I am able to use my camera with google meets and with zoom via my chrome browser. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application and I receive the same result. I also receive a message that pops up and says " Virtual Background is Still Loading, Start Video Anyway?" This message also pops up after I have removed the background, which is a an image, to not having an image at all. Not sure what else to do here.

I have a basic ZOOM account and all of sudden I'm unable to log in unless I use an authentication app ( I don't even know which app!) or a back up code. I've already used (2) of the back up codes provided but I can't use one every single time I need to sign in. This is frustrating because there is no security option to change this. Can any one tell me which app I'm supposed to be using? Did Zoom just do this is to basic users? Thanks!

When I start a meeting, it automatically open in full screen mode. Is there a way to change this? I'm not referring to sharing a screen, it's when I start a meeting.
